The house location was perfect. Close to WDW and many restaurants! Walmart a few miles away. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Elaine was very receptive to our concerns with the pool and hot tub heat. We enjoyed privacy, having the corner to ourselves. Only thing out of the home owners control was the outside noise. The water treatment plant was loud but we used fans to block them out. We had a blast! TVs worked but at times you have to unplug the receivers to reset them. Game room was fun too!!! Tons of towels!!! Kitchen was well stocked too to make meals and keep cold. 10 out of 10 easily!!!

The property was perfect for our stay. The house is exactly as pictured in the app. Came down for an extended weekend trip. With my multi-generational family of 12. We had a blast! The host and property manager were great. Very attentive and easy to get a hold of. Elaine is a good communicator. The pool, hot tub and game room were great. They pretty much thought of everything. A lot of towels. A washer and dryer.All the makings of home! Lots of space. Lots of bed rooms. Would happily rent again! Property is close to toll roads. Which I would use …if you are renting a vehicle. Lots of food and shopping available within a 5 to 10 minute drive.

This is a beautiful house, and great for a large family. We were only three adults, so only used the downstairs rooms. The pool is private, beautiful and clean. The neighborhood is secure and nice. Our only issue was that the hot tub was just lukewarm and the nights were very cold in January, so it's really not a "hot tub." Otherwise, everything was very nice.

We had a great time! Host was very available with any questions/ concerns we had and responded promptly. House was very inviting, exactly as pictured, clean, spacious, fun and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed! We utilized the community amenities as well which we loved! Loved the fact that house was on a cul de sac for the young kids to ride their bikes and play. Pool was clean and perfect. Loved the fact there was a security gate around the pool as well as high locks on all doors leading to the pool. This was especially comforting as we traveled with an autistic 5 year old. Much appreciated and that alleviated any concerns we had prior to our arrival.

Great week long stay! Close enough to Disney for day trips to parks and relaxing downtime in the evening. Very useable by senior parents with limited mobility. Plenty of space for the 6 adults and family dog to spread out if needed. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

House wasn't that clean. Some of the linens on the bed were soiled. There was a dead bug / lizard of some type on the floor of one of the upstairs bedrooms (it appeared to have been there for a while). I reached out to the host and the property manager about the soiled linens and a loose wall TV bracket. I was informed there are other linens in the house and the property mgmt company would be in contact with me to gain access to the house and fix the TV bracket as we traveled with our dogs. The property mgmt took care of the TV bracket but did not communicate with me (said another way, I was not informed they were going to enter the house nor was I advised when). . The kitchen and living / family room area seemed tight, yet, in the photos they did not appear that way. I suspect the photos were taken with a wide angle lens. House is convenient to Disney, but not to Universal.

What a magical place to have a family vacation. We traveled with our children and grandchildren for a Disney vacation and loved this house. So much for the kids to do on off days. And, every day most of us, if not all of us, were in the pool. It was so nice to have the option to go swimming after a long day in the park. I would recommend this vacation villa to anyone traveling to the Orlando area with a large group.

Third time, and still a charm! We have been coming to the same area for the past decade, and this house is our favorite within Wyndham Palms. We would stay here every visit if it were available. The property has so much space and privacy in the backyard. It also has every thing you need for a wonderful stay, it just feels like “home”, and it is always spotless. Don’t miss out…just book it!

The stay was amazing. From a quick check in to get into the house, to the relaxation in the pool, it was great. Everything was fully stocked and we didn’t need anything extra. The garbage service is amazing that it does not pile up. Definitely would rent from again.

Wow! This house met all our requirements and exceeded our expectations. We’ve stayed in multiple VRBO Florida homes the last few years and this is the only one we’d stay in again. It was perfect for our family of 5 and our kids loved having their own rooms with a bathroom. The house was clean and spacious and the location was perfect for our Disney trip. Security staff were very friendly and stopped by when we were unpacking to see if we needed anything. The pool was amazing and we loved the privacy of the backyard. Elaine was very helpful with any questions we had and was always quick to respond. We definitely recommend!
