College Park 5Star Guesthouse Villa - QUIET-PRIVATE-mins to DT and Winter Park

Central to Downtown/Eola/Winter Park. Tranquil bamboo lined perimeter provides relaxing setting in much desired COLLEGE PARK neighborhood. Former recording studio - now centrally-located 2-room private oasis/studio/guest house. The space is private with your own separate residence, bath/laundry room, garden patio located at the end of the driveway upon pulling into the residence. Ez access to I-4 with a straight shot to area theme parks and Central Fla activities. Universal only 20 mins away.
Kitchenette includes everything you need to prep meals on site - an induction cook top hot plate, microwave, crock pot, and full sized fridge. Included is a toaster oven and a Keurig, for morning coffees outside on the covered patio. If you prefer an individual French press for coffee or loose leaf tea is also available.
WE ARE INFANT FRIENDLY and provide a pack 'n play for guests in need of that option. The Guesthouse, unfortunately, isn't child proofed and therefore we cannot accommodate toddler aged children.
***Recent*** short term rental (STR) nationwide events necessitate the following:
***Absolutely NO commercial filming/streaming permitted at any time. NO illegal adult service activities (escort/prostitution) permitted at any time. Zero tolerance in effect. Offenders will be asked/required to leave IMMEDIATELY without refund, and risk legal action/prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
These additional rules are in place to protect the property, the home owners, the neighborhood, and importantly our visiting guests.
Driveway and street parking both available. Guest Access: open electronic gate leading to access to your Guesthouse. You have a dedicated parking spot in our driveway just a few feet from your front door. Keyless entry with code provided making check-in easy at any time of the day or night. The property owners/managers live on site - your property is located separate from main house for your maximum privacy
***Unapproved late check out*** due to the high turnover rate of the Guesthouse, late checkouts must be approved in advance. Failure to do so will result in late fees incurred. 20mins = $50, 30mins = $75, first hour = $150, each subsequent portion of an hour thereafter = $200/hr.

- Please park short of the automatic gate as it’s too narrow to pull all the way in. 2 yellow cones mark your dedicated parking spot - next to our vehicle and/or next to the carport.
-Self check in with code provided with check in instructions one day prior to guest's arrival.
- please use the provided ironing board when using the clothes iron.
-No loud music
-Please no additional guest visitors past 11p. (unless asked and given permission)
-No outdoor noise after 10pm
- Streaming services available on Guesthouse TV provided with visiting guest's own username and pw.
-Please wash all dirty dishes before checkout and let air dry next to sink
-Stay on guest designated side of the Guest House (bamboo fencing divider) if outdoors
-Please don’t rearrange the furniture (inside or outside)
-Use coasters when setting drinks down.
-No smoking or vaping on property.
-Place all trash in the trash cans.
