The apartment is on the 4th floor, with an elevator for acess.

As you step into the apartment, you'll be greeted by a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Extra seating areas in a large living room space, features a 50 inch flat-screen TV, creating relaxing spaces for you to unwind after a long day of exploring the Kissimmee area.

Prepare your favorite meals in the well-equipped kitchen, which includes modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. The dining area adjacent to the kitchen offers a cozy spot to enjoy your meals.

The master bedroom boasts a comfortable Queen-size bed with soft linens and pillows, ensuring a restful night's sleep. There is ample storage space for your belongings in the walk in closet. The bathroom features a shower, and we provide fresh towels and essential toiletries to enhance your stay. The second bedroom also hosts a queen bed and storage spaces. The third bedroom comprises 2 Bunk beds for flexible sleeping options

Our apartment also offers amenities to make your visit even more enjoyable. Stay connected with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the unit, and free Prime Video. There is also a washer and dryer in the laundry closet for your convenience.

Other things to note
▶This apartment is privately owned and does not include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers a final cleaning (after your checkout).

▶ Unregistered guests are not permitted.

▶ Pets are allowed, but please keep them out of the beds and off fabric furnishings

▶ No parties. Significant noise or playing loud music after 9:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.

▶ No smoking of any substance is permitted in the unit. Evidence of any smoking will result in a $250 fee, and you will be asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.

▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm, and check-out is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability, and a fee for extra early check in will be requested. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am.

▶ During check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience. We do not provide additional supplies during your stay, so we recommend planning accordingly.

NOTE: Our home is self-catering. There are starter amenities such as toiletries and laundry items. Refills may be obtained by guests from the nearby plazas.

Guest have the option to book Early Check in for $35, if available. Entry time between Noon and 2pm. You may also book extra cleaning services during long stays. To accommodate proper cleaning for the next guest, the check out time of 11am will apply, there is no late checkout.
