Nos gusto el lugar , la locación y la hospitalidad del lugar . Volveremos en nuestro próximo retorno a Orlando . La piscina temperada , los precios del mini golf y kayak están baratos . Un lugar seguro para quedarse en familia o con tu pareja se los recomiendo.

I loved how smooth the check in process was. We were able to extend our stay by one day by email. Shine Villas was easy to work with and our property was beautiful and clean.

Fantastic Condo

What a lovely property! Communication on-point, and the host was a pleasure to deal with. Check-in and check-out process was easy. The condo has everything you could want/need. It looks just like in the photos and was clean. Storey Lake is in a fantastic location for parks, restaurants and other activities. Parking not an issue and nice to have peace of mind from the gate security. Would happily stay here again!

Beautiful and clean

The place exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean and looked brand new. Communication was perfect and quick responses. Check in and check out was easy. Facility (pool/workout)was nice too. Recommend!

Easy stay, easy park access

Stayed with my aunt for a week. We ate at the poolhouse for lunch one day. Nothing to write home about. We didnt use the pool becaus my aunt was concerned about all of the "rambunctious" children. Kitchen was appointed with all of the basics for cooking. But there were zero 'ingredients' so plan to buy/bring everything Easy access to the parks and very quiet at night. We would stay again.

Nice, affordable condo in a great location for Disney parks

We stayed here for 3 nights in October. This condo is situated in a large gated development, with plenty of parking and amenities. We had no issues with the guard at the gate upon arrival and we were inside the condo within 5 mins. For the price, this is a well furnished condo, with some stylish furnishings. However, I do wonder if they will still be looking great in a year or so. Velvet dining chairs look aesthetically pleasing, but they have a few stains on them already. We have stayed in many VRBO's over the years, and because this is run by a company, I think you lose the personal touches of staying in a homeowner's second home and communicating to the owner. The kitchen had minimal basics in terms of supplies and the cabinets are filled with very few items. However, everything is new and clean and let's face it, most people will be out enjoying themselves at the theme parks! My only complaint was that someone left the balcony door slightly ajar (maybe cleaner?) and on arrival, the condo had a lot of mosquitoes from the lake inside the condo. To be fair, I reported this and pest control arrived the next day. I just didn't expect to be swatting mosquitoes upon arrival - at least they weren't Texas sized ones. Would I rent this condo again? Probably, due to the price and location to Disney. It's all looking fresh and new right now, even if lacking in a tiny bit of soul and home comforts.

Great & Clean property!

Property is as described, with up to date electronics & furniture! Beautiful grounds, well kept, beautiful scenery overlooking the pond & recreation area, and quiet! Maintenance staff is superb!👍🏾 This place was "very comfy", with close available parking daily! We really appreciated the combo lock door entry- with no need to keep up with keys & cards!👍🏾 Our only complaints: Poor "internet service" (Spectrum there) -- which was very intermittent & slow, very aggravating to deal with. We had no internet service (thus no TV) on 1 day for over 8 hrs. It was finally handled that afternoon. Also, the water was very slow to get hot & low pressure. Lastly, we REALLY did not like the fact that the "air unit control" is limited - with the inability to raise the air temp past 75° (so we had to constantly turn it off when we got too chilly). Also, we do wish the owner took steps to put a ceiling fan in the bedroom - not the living room where it really wasn't needed. A screened in patio door would be nicer as well. Overall, our stay was great.✔️

As expected...except.

The stay was as expected, except for the final 3 day the air conditioner was not cycling enough to keep the room comfortable. Text messages to the property manager was not helpful. There were no responses for the final two days.

Overall pictures are exactly what the room is which was very nice. Updated rooms and all the newest technologies/appliances you need for a week getaway. Pool/ping pong table was a very nice touch for those who enjoy to play. Great to play a few games before and after going out. Beds are comfortable and roomy. This unit was a short 5ish min walk across the bridge to get to the fun lazy river pool. Lazy river pool was pretty full most days with families and couples but they have a bar where you can get refillable drinks witch help save on $$$. Lazy river is very relaxing but tubes were hard to come by. You can buy other tubes from outside stores and use them in the lazy river but it MUST be a a tube (learned this the hard way). They do have other more quite and chill pools one was right across from us like a 2 min walk. I was able to bring my laying float into this pool. Even though we enjoyed our stay we did have a rough check in due to lack of communication. I was never sent a code to get into the room and was under the impression you have to check in (like a typical hotel) but with this place they give you your code and your good to go. Which in the end is very nice to not have to wait in lines to check in or have to deal with timeshare speeches. Simple to the point and made for the quick in and out kinda traveler. I do wish they would give you a map of the place or phone numbers for the little golf shuttle they speak about just to help get around and acclimated with the facility. All that I was given at the front gate (check in) was a Pizza and Chinese menu; would have appreciated a little more information on the facilities. One last con which we wished we didn’t find … when we were packing up we found used underwear under the spare bedroom. We stayed in the master bedroom since it was just the 2 of us but still kinda gross to find that. Makes you wonder how well they cleaned the room before we got there. Very close to a Publix grocery store which was great for quick booze runs and getting our food for the week. They also sell pool floats here too. Close to restaurants and Disney but pushed back away from all the hustle and traffic from tourist. All in all with a bumpy start, relaxing middle and a nasty surprise at the end I would give this place 4 stars.
