Todo muy bien, la casa está muy bonita y espaciosa

La casa está tal y como lo vimos en las fotos, está muy cómoda y muy bonita, excelente. Tuvimos algunos inconvenientes q.se solucionaron pronto. . Muy buena la propiedad.

The check in process was a little hectic, the house was amazing. We did have a fire alarm going off late at night while everyone was in bed sleeping , the staff was quick to come and fix it. We enjoyed the resort pool area and lady river twice during our stay and we rented a cabana. The first time we were told that there was not enough staff to do good delivery to the cabana and before we rented the cabana the second time we asked if there was food delivery and was told yes but when we ordered we had to pick up our food. The ability to use the app at the pool in the cabana was very poor.

This house is amazing! It's large enough to host a big group, and there are endless options to keep everyone entertained. We loved the arcade, indoor playroom, and themed rooms... Not to mention the pool area! The view from the pool is great!

My name wasn’t on the parking pass list for some reason, but that was resolved quickly. The bowling lane was unusable - the balls get stuck behind the backstop instead of being fed into the ball return. The pool was great!

Fantastic Family Vacation

What an incredible home! There was so much space for all 16 of us with so many things to do. The younger kids absolutely loved the treehouse room; the older kids had a great time in the arcade. The pool table, ping pong, fuze ball - all huge hits! Everyone enjoyed the pool! Especially pool basketball! We had ordered heating for the pool/spa, but it wasn’t working properly the day we arrived. I contacted the host team the next day, and they resolved the problem within hours. They were very responsive, courteous and pleasant in our communications prior to arrival and while we were there. The house was perfectly cool with great AC, comfortable beds, a well appointed kitchen (the refrigerators were AMAZING), and just so spacious. We all loved this property and look forward to our next visit!

This house was huge!!

We had an amazing time staying here. The house was much more spacious than the pictures show. We had a group of 8 and it was much more house than what we needed but everyone was very satisfied. There is plenty to do without even walking out of the front door. The kids loved the game rooms and the theater room the furniture was very comfortable, a recliner or 2 in the living room would have been nice. Overall we had a great stay and will definitely go back.

Great family Getaway

The house was amazingly beautiful. It had everything to keep the kids entertained. The host was available to answer any questions or concerns we had. The location wasn’t far from Disney and the area was quiet. Will definitely be booking again.

Gorgeous home, so big!

My family fell in love with this home at first sight. The pictures did not do justice to how great the homes were. It was way too spacious and clean then we anticipated. All the amenities (pool, parking, gym, water park, etc.) were immaculate; we couldn't have asked for more. Our kids had it all here and were all day captivated in the kid’s playroom.

Totally awesome find!

My friends and I spent a few nights here and we fell in love with this beautiful house, especially the island kitchen. The large sitting room was a perfect fit for 18. The kids' game room and bunk beds were decorated so cutely. Best for large families and friends.

Loved it here!

Such an amazing vacation we had here! The host was very helpful, the kitchen was huge and came with everything we needed to make family dinners, and the amenities were amazing! We barely had to leave the house for anything, so being in a house with lots of stuff to do as well as using the resort clubhouse was really all we needed to have a great family mini-vacation. Kids loved themed rooms and We loved it here!

Awesome stay

Right from checking in, Villatel’s team was very supportive. They helped us move in and promptly responded to requests. From the kids to the adults there was something for everyone to love. The kids had their themed sleeping area while the adults could not get enough of the movie theatre and swimming pool. I would definitely recommend these villas.

My family enjoyed theme rooms.

My stay at the villa is the best I have had, outside of my home. We hosted a family reunion there and the amenities were nothing short of convenient. I a chef, the fully equipped kitchen was just what I needed. My extended family finally got to taste my cooking. Kids loved theme rooms and bowling alley. I would definitely recommend the villas.
