I would like to express my profound dissatisfaction with my recent stay in Florida. Upon arrival, I was dismayed to discover that despite my attempts to contact the owner via text message, I received no response or prior notification regarding the unique method required to unlock the door, which involved simultaneously turning both doorknobs. The odor within the house was unpleasant, and I observed the presence of ants and small insects in the kitchen, despite our efforts to keep food properly stored. The chipped paint and wall stains were quite off-putting, and the significant accumulation of dust on the ceiling fan suggested a considerable period without cleaning. The bunk beds in the room appeared to be in poor condition with noticeable wear and tear. Furthermore, the mattress in the master bedroom was uncomfortable due to lumps. On our third night, we were disturbed by what seemed to be an issue with the neighbors, and the following morning, we found a mattress outside, which raised concerns about potential bed bugs or other issues. Overall, the experience was quite unpleasant, and I believe the property is in dire need of a complete renovation. The online pictures of the amenities, particularly the new pool, were misleading as many other facilities, such as the steam room and Jacuzzi, were outdated and unkempt. I have many more concerns I could articulate, but I am limited by space.
