Our family of 18 had an amazing time. The host was very attentive and made sure we didn't need anything. The house and pool were clean. A lot of toys for the kids. The clubhouse had a lot of activities. You could of just stayed at the resort. We will stay again. Thank you for opening up your home to our family.

Family Vacation

Everything was great. Lots of room for everyone. This is our second year here for our family vacation and we will book this same house next year. Great neighborhood close to everything.

Yes the only problem was the baby roaches that were present we were all little uneasy did not want to take any that could have gotten in our bags home overall the house was nice.my mom says her mattress was not that comfortable. I was in master downstairs and I slept well on that one Host was nice and did offer to have exterminators come

Awesome Stay!

We enjoyed this house thoroughly! The pool was amazing, the kids spent hours in it every day! The house is in great condition and the neighborhood is a very pleasant place. Thank you!

Magnificent

The house had everything that you would need or want. We all enjoyed the home. The home theater was great watching the Bills game. This home is good for all ages.

College Softball Trip

Group of parents stayed at the house when traveling to watch daughters’ college softball team. Enough BR/Baths for each family. Clean, spacious. Nice grill and outdoor space. Pillows, some linens, outdoor furniture could use a refresh but house covered our needs and worked out well.

We enjoyed the house super roomy. The only thing were the beds especially ones downstairs super squeaky. Refrigerator and another minor thing of kitchen cabinet it was till the 3rd day that they fixed.

Weather was great. Unable to get into the home at first due to the code being miscoded. The staff was great & came right along. Pool needed to be cleaned and no net to self help. Had to buy our own HDMI splitter for projector to work for streaming. Bedding was fresh & clean. All the bathrooms were clean. Would definately recommend a get away at this home.

My 5 years old son couldn't stop run around. He love all the toys in the house. Thats what got me the toys. The pool we loved. My family and friends had an amazing stay thank you

The only issue we had was the hot tub wasn’t working, but one call and only a few hours later a technician was sent and hot tub repaired and worked great the rest of the time we were there.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Large house with more then enough room for 2 families. Close to all retail box stores to stock up on necessities. Clubhouse pool and resort was a blast for the kids. Backyard pool and hot tub was amazing for the adults when the kids went to bed. Garage is stocked with enough toys for our toddlers to keep busy playing outside in the driveway. We had a great stay here.

Exactly as described

We had a great stay here. We had an issue with AC upon arrival, we sent message to afterhours chat and it was resolved immediately. House is as described. Lots of extra bells and whistles...they have TONS of kids things. I suggest this house for families or groups of adults. There is the normal wear and tear on the outdoor stuff but that is Florida Sun and Rain for you. Great property will return in the future!

Beautiful home NEEDS Maintenance

The home was gorgeous. however there is a lot of maintenance that needs to be done duch as : need to replace furniture, paint/clean dirty walls, tighen fixtures, add a lock to the screened in porch, clean white furniture, add more towels ( more than one towel per room) add pool towels or ingorm gest to bring pool towels, need new freezer DOES NOT FREEZE ( fan is slowly stopping) allow the house to be set at 73 instead of 75 ( the upstairs was 80 degrees according to our baby monitor). The property managing team was extremely helpful but those items need to be fixed to make this home a 5 star rating
