it was very easy and the amenities were good. They were just a few items that wouldn’t be hard to take care of like the blinds and some of the woodwork on the cabinets, but it was very clean and we enjoyed it.

The home provided more than enough space for our family of 4. It was extremely clean and inviting. Upon booking I wasn't sure how the drive to Disney would be, but it was in close proximity and stress free, We were to the parking lots to Animal Kingdom and Magic Kingdom in about 25 minutes. The pool provided a great way to relax and cool down after the long days at the parks. It also a short drive to all kinds of restaurants, shopping, and stores to get day to day needs. We hope the place is available when we return next year with a party of 6,

This home was clean, a beautiful pool and a view of the golf course. We especially enjoyed the lanai which provided shade and sun. There was lots of room to relax indoors and the bedrooms were comfortable. Kitchen was a good size. Couldn’t find any cooking sheets so we bought one and left it with the house.

The house was lovely. It's really close to amenities and Hole #5 on the Polo Park East golf course is mowed every day at 4:30am, which was a bit much, and probably contravening city noise bylaws.

Very nice space with all the necessities. Granddaughter loved the room with bunk beds and the pool, although to cold for the adults.Easy acess to Disney parks and Walmart. Daughter needed a fountain diet coke every morning and there was a gas station around the corner.Had a couple of small maintenance issues but reported and taken care of very quickly. We would definitely stay here again, but if coming in October would probably pay for pool heat.

Beds very comfortable. Plenty of room for our group of 6. Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful pool but did not have time to use, mainly at Parks all day. Easy access to Disney and Universal. Walmart very close if needing anything. Yann was very quick to respond to any questions I had.

Excellent Home

We very much enjoyed our stay here, we were sad to leave. We are a family of 6 and there was plenty of room for all of us. Check in was easy, quiet neighborhood, clean home, great pool, quick response time from the owners. Highly recommend. I would note: the master mattress is firm! I didn't mind it, but my husband wasn't a fan. The garage game room is a bit of a storage area, didn’t bother us - we could still play the games. The basketball thing in the listing photos is not there, though. Overall a great place. I could see us staying here again.

Great home to relax

The house is beautiful. Spacious and suited our needs. The outdoor area was great. The kids enjoyed the pool while we enjoyed watching them and relaxing. About 30 mins to Disney parks. Walmart and a bunch of shopping is literally down the street which is so helpful. The only downside was we didn’t know that we would need trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper etc prior to going into the house which meant we had to reload the kids in the car to go shopping which dampened their pool fun after a long day of traveling but otherwise the house is exceptionally beautiful

EXCELLENT!!!

This property was everything it said it was. I was able to cook full meals for the kids and the home was clean and spacious. The game room was really cool. They owner did have several personal items in there but it wasn’t an issue at all. It didn’t take up any space. The pool was cold. Wish we had of paid for the heat but we were thinking since it was going to be in the 80’s each day in December that it would warm up. (Get the pool heat 😁) but the kids still swam on their off game days. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. Oh and the rate was very affordable split between the families.

Great Location/Spacious

Once you walk into the house, there is a formal living room and dining room. There are four spacious bedrooms. Kitchen had everything you needed as far as cookware from crockpots to strainers all the utensils a load of pots and pans. Bring an extra pack of toilet paper, napkins, and paper towels, and laundry detergent, there is no seasonings like at some other places where people leave them behind so if you like salt and pepper bring that as well. The pool was great. It is 3 feet deep to 5 feet deep. Very quiet neighborhood and close to everything you may need or want to do. We enjoyed SeaWorld and Legoland while we stayed. This house says only sleeps up to eight people and they won’t allow extra but I recommend them updating it to 10 people because there is a pullout couch in the formal living room. That’s just my thoughts. Definitely would recommend and stay again in the area.
