Home Away Villa is located in the beautiful Aviana Resort Community. Aviana is a private, gated community, situated among 46 acres of tropical landscape with many amenities including a pond behind the clubhouse for fishing. You will love the clubhouse for its zero-entry, heated pool and spa, surrounded by a large sun deck and cabanas. The facility also offers a large gathering room and an exercise room. You can also pass the time in the cyber café. The clubhouse also features a playground for the kids, a sand volleyball court, basketball hoops, putting green and a ping pong table.

Home Away Villa is a 5 Bedroom / 4 Bath home with accommodations for 10 to 12 people. You will find that the comforts of home were always in mind when the home was furnished.
This is an ideal vacation home for a large family or for two families to share. With over 2210 sqft of living space, all on ground level, the home features two master bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom with direct access to the pool/ spa area. One master bedroom has a luxurious soaking tub to help unwind after a long day as well as a large, stand-up shower and double vanity. Showers and tubs are available in each of the remaining three bathrooms. Both Master bedrooms feature a King size bed. There are two Queen bedrooms one themed in Peter Pan the other in Harry Potter. The 5th bedroom is a twin bedroom themed in Mickey/Minnie & Pooh, suited for girls’ and boys’ use. We have also included a sleeper sofa with a Queen size, gel mattress bed for additional sleeping options. The home is centrally air-conditioned and has always been pet and smoke free. For your comfort, we have provided ceiling fans in every bedroom and in the living room.
The living room features two comfortable sofas and a sleeper sofa. There is also a reading nook with an occasional chair and table. Sit back and enjoy a television program on the 42” flat screen TV or gather the family for a movie on the DVD player. You can also listen to music on the stereo with CD player. For the families that enjoy video games, we have provided a Wii console for your use. Step out of the living room into the pool / spa area. There is a covered lanai with a table and 4 chairs for outside dining or snacks. Or you can soak up some sun on one of the poolside chaise lounge chairs. Adults and kids alike will love the pool and spa of our villa. Jump in the pool and cool off after a long, hot day or relax with a cold drink while soaking in the therapeutic spa.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could need to prepare full meals for the family. All of the appliances are stainless steel and brand new. The breakfast nook has a high table with seating for 4. There is also a counter eating area that seats 2 for a quick bite to eat. If you like a more formal dining experience, there is a separate dining area for the whole family. For the family that likes to BBQ, we can provide one for your use. If cooking on vacation is not your thing, don’t worry; there are many dining options just minutes from the house. Free use of fishing poles to fish the stocked lake behind the clubhouse. Both master bedrooms feature 37” flat screen televisions with DVD players. All of the other bedrooms also have in-room, flat screen televisions, Roku, and DVD players.
Rainy days are never a problem at our villa. The home features a well-equipped game room. Spend some time playing air hockey or foosball. There is also a poker/ card table & 55" TV in the game room. We offer free in-home WiFi
For the Golfers out there, the world-class Champions Gate Golf Course is less than 10 minutes away, featuring two courses designed by Greg Norman. And, with at least 10 more courses in the area, you could play a different one each day of your vacation. We have provided a full set of Golf Clubs for the guest that could not travel with their own clubs but please inform us at booking so that we can put the clubs out for you.
Our Villa also has a laundry room with a washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board. We have also included hair dryers and alarm clock radios for your convenience. There is a small safe installed in the villa for use by our guests. In the case that you are traveling with small children, we have provided for your use, a crib with bedding, a Pack and Play, a high chair, baby gate and single and double strollers. 6 Bicycles have been provided for guest use with helmets. Night lights have been installed in all of the bathrooms for your comfort and convenience.
