Our family of 7 just had the most wonderful two weeks at this beautiful home. It is laid out really well for multi-generational living where everyone has lots of room and privacy. With two large common living areas to come together.It is decorated tastefully with high end furnishings and very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could possibly need including lots of things for babies and toddlers which we found very helpful.The pool and spa are large and well maintained. It all backs onto a pond where the wild life is so much fun to watch and listen too. There is a new large tv outside on the patio and we found ourselves swimming and taking breaks to watch the Olympics which was a highlight for our grand daughters.There is a new washer and dryer set which works really well and was very convenient.The complex has a huge communal pool and lazy river which was fun to visit occasionally. It is zero entry so perfect for the little ones.Security is tight at Solterra and you have to go through a gate, with guards, to enter and exit. Twice there were loud neighbors but only for a hot minute as Security showed up and took care of both situations very quickly.This is not a party neighborhood and the noise ordinances are respected and strictly enforced. We found the Owner to be very nice and very responsive. She works with someone in the complex to take care of her home and he was really terrific to work with also. Five star rating, we loved it
