• Community amenities such as pools and hot tubs are subject to weather conditions, repairs, and HOA availability — Orlando experiences lightning, hurricanes, hailstorms, high winds, and other weather extremes, and we cannot guarantee the availability of HOA-managed amenities.

• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 2 dogs may be brought to this home, all pets must be registered. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $35 per pet per day that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
