  • Located in an upscale gated community located just 8 miles from Walt Disney World. Terra Verde Resort sits nestled just off Hwy 192 and is one of the most desired resorts in the Orlando area. Only a 25-minute drive from the Orlando International Airport and is situated central to all of Orlando’s famous attractions. Resort amenities include clubhouse, concierge desk, beach volleyball court, children play area, stocked fishing lake, community swimming pool and spa, exercise center, Cyber Café and arcade room.

Nice Place

Nice place. Well maintained and clean. If you’re looking for a place to stay in the Orlando/Kissimee area. I recommend this place.

Terra Verde is lovely as a resort . The pool at the home was nice. The house was in worn down condition, stained worn carpet, odor, damaged walls and furniture, dingy. Cleaning was sub par.and essentials were minimal (no baking pans or pot holders , dirty dishes, 3 crummy beach towels.total, mattresses worn , and kids beds not on box springs as pictured, no Minnie mouse decor as pictured). We're frequent guests to Terra Verde and this house is far below standard compared to other homes and is.by far overpriced for what is actually received.its too bad bc the property could have been amazing as the layout and home itself has potential (as proven by other homes at Terra Verde). Request for partial refund was made due to the discrepancy, nothing was done to make it up as general cleaning could not fix these issues.

Great location.

The house is very accommodating especially for a larger group. Pool and hot tub a bonus. Clubhouse amenities are great!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was in a great location and in a quiet community. The kitchen items were minimal but we had all we needed. We were close to everything and enjoyed using the hot tub each night. We would be willing to stay here again.

Family Vacation

We stayed here for 8 days and loved the house and the property. The house had plenty of space and was in a great location and was clean. The house is on one level so it is great for anyone with mobility issues. We went to the parks almost every day and it normally took us about 25 minutes. The house is close to a lot of other places to eat and shop though. We loved the house and would certainly stay there again!

Wonderful trip with friends

We loved the location of the home! My family drove in from Florida to enjoy a long weekend with friends from Washington! Everyone had enough space and enjoyed their time. The only downfall was the hot tub was the same temperature as the pool but with park days we didn’t have time to complain! I did have issues with my booking a month before the trip but it was very easily sorted out and corrected

The gated community that it was in was safe and offered numerous amenities for guests. The pool was warm and the house was clean. We had a good time. We are going to rent it again next year.

Private pool is a must!

The house is huge. I don’t think we even used half of it. Game room in the garage was a nice surprise. Having our own private pool was hands-down the best decision we made. We still enjoyed community pool and amenities but in the early morning and evening it was wonderful to relax in our own environment.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Terra Verde what a great surprise neighborhood off the beaten path. We could take part in any activities available during our stay. Rental home had more than enough room for 4 adults and a small dog. Old school air hockey table was fun on the rainy day - hadn’t played in years. Plus great cable TV in the evenings. Although weather was a bit chilly for us this home did have a pool and jacuzzi. Thank you All Florida Villas being one of the best rental management companies in the area. Looking forward to our next visit and stay in Orlando.

Perfect

The resort is perfect. The house was great. Love the lay out. Always want a private pool when traveling on extended stays. Very quiet and clean , well kept resort. Would love to rebook for next 5 years for 3 month period but already rented. Only major issue was the pool broke down and very poor communication with property manager and us. We informed that pool was not working and took 10 days to get our concern understood and resolved. Caused us to have no pool use for 5 days , four of which were when grandchildren were visiting. And had explained this was vital time. ( were suppose to reimburse us those days but??? )Other than the cleaning could be improved especially following COVID concerns. But would love to return To the resort.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is close to tourist attractions and shopping which makes it very convenient. The community clubhouse has a nice sized swimming pool and a tiki bar with a grill if you want to order drinks or food. There is also a lit basketball court, shuffleboard, and arcade room, and an exercise room. The home itself was fairly clean but you could tell that the property management company does not clean often behind or under the furniture since it was very dusty and dirty there. The heated jacuzzi and pool were great. There is a barbecue grill on the side of the house that is easy to miss. The thermostat in the house was set to a chilly 71°. I tried calling the property management company several times to get them to raise the temperature a bit but never got an answer back. We wound up having to turn off the furnace at the circuit breaker at night in order to sleep comfortably. In the garage there is an air hockey table but no air hockey puck so that's a useless piece of decoration. There are also two bicycles in the garage but one of them had two flat tires and there was no air pump so another useless piece of decoration. Basic cookware, utensils, and plates are provided as well as towels and several extra blankets. Overall I would give this home 3 out of 5 stars.

Soiled underwear

When it came time to make my 2nd payment I messaged the host and asked how since I couldn't find it. They said I was paid, but they would look into it. I heard back the day before my trip saying pay now or get canceled. The day I left I noticed I was charged 2x for the house. I called, emailed, and messaged with no response. I got to the house and realized I didn't have a code for the door. I called and was told I didn't pay. When she was informed I was actually charged 2x she said "I see you did pay, I will send the information." She also said to take the 2nd charge up with my bank because she couldn't help. When entering the house it looked fairly clean, but smelled like urine. Then there was an issue with the pool/spa jets, the pool lights, house lights, and the dryer not being vented. I called with no answer, but got a text. I informed her of the issues, and got no response. The next day I finally got a response saying maintenance should be there. After they left the spa drained completely. He came back and fixed that. The jets again quit working, but I didn't mention it again. Someone grabbed a towel that was folded and appeared clean only to find an orange handprint, and soiled underwear that didn't belong to our group. Overall this house was one of the worst I have stayed at.
