Great vacation spot close to Disney! The resort pool was great. Very clean and our kids loved the water slides. All staff there were super friendly and helpful. Cute little arcade. The food was good at the little poolside cafe. We encountered some ants in the kitchen at the rental property and it was remedied quickly by the property manager. She also had someone come to turn the heat on at our little back patio pool during our stay because I had not communicated that I wanted that prior to arrival, which we appreciated and enjoyed. Our communication styles differed, but overall we were very happy with our stay and the amenities available to us. Thank you!

Good Stay - more room and comfort than a hotel

Great location in a gated community close to clubhouse and main pool - short drive to theme parks. House was clean and owner/agent instructions and communications were clear. Starter kit provided and Walmart very close by - do yourself a favour and drive a bit further to Publix this Walmart was insanely busy each time we went.

Best Family Vacation

Property check in easy, quiet neighborhood, amenities were great. Condo was nice and had all the things we needed to cook meals and pool was a definite hit for the kids. Nice to have it heated! Location is close to walmart and tons of restaurants! Overall very happy and we will be staying here again!

Not what we expected The property is very old. It needs updating. When we got there we took our shoes off and found that the floor was making our feet black. To many other fees also. Will not go through Vrbo again.

Amazing Location and Amenities!

This was the perfect place for our vacation to Orlando! It’s proximity to Disney was just what we needed and the amenities offered were incredible. It’s was just the right amount of space and we really enjoyed our stay!

Location great! Only suggestion is update needed. Stains on couch, probably from wet swimsuits. Location fabulous. Convenient to community pool/club house and Disney!

It was okay

The house was smaller than we thought ( based on the pictures ) At a few days into the stay I received a call from the property asking me to not park at some spot. I asked which side because I was not at the property and I wanted to ensure I was properly parking. The person had a very heavy accent so I (as a person with an accent too not being racist or rude ) ask if he could please speak a little slower because I was not understanding. He started laughing ( and I ignored that). He continue to threaten me to tow my vehicle. I kept telling him I was not at the house. I was in a Disney park. At that point I was upset so I asked why was he yelling at me if I kept telling him I was not at the house … he said because your asking me to speak slower meaning like I was not understanding because I was the slow one… I was upset and with my family in a Disney park getting disrupted by someone who was not polite and I couldn’t get why he was still on the phone when I was not even there so that was not my vehicle … I told him to tow the vehicle and that I was not understanding him because he had an accent not because I didn’t know the lenguage. Another day we had someone meet us at the gate to bring us something and we went out and the person was very rude yelling “he can’t go in we will call the cops that’s trespassing” which to me it’s so embarrassing and unprofessional to treat people that way. I feel it’s well located. Walmart was so closed which is a plus. Not far from the parks and food. We come to Orlando and Miami a lot. First time using VRBO and staying there … and not sure if I would rent it again… it was like a sweet and sour experience. Give it a try , I’m just sharing my experience and giving an honest review. I feel what makes this place is the location. Besides that… I would not be so happy with it…

Windsor Hills Townhome

I love the Windsor hills resort we have stayed many times and will return again.This specific townhome was a bit run down with wear and tear on furniture,counter tops and other locations,The house was poorly cleaned with dirty sponges and bug traps visible under the sink and some dishes left in the dishwasher. We had a great time but the property was not up to par with some of the other locations at the resort I have stayed in.

Great location !

Windsor Hills is great community and club amenities were awesome. It's location is ideal and very close to all the theme parks. It's very close to 192 and there are tons of options for thing to do and dining. The house we stayed in was good condition and was worth the price we paid although it needs some minor things to be taken care of. Although it was clean, it feels like it needs deep cleaning. It need an attention to few things. The shower head in all bathrooms is very small and hot water wasn't hot enough. In the kitchen i would suggest to keep fioil & fix the stove top display. Staff at the clubhouse & Pool could be been more welcoming.

Overall nice

Overall property was great. Nice area. & location. Pictures on site of townhouse were old but still nice inside. None of the outlets in 2 bathrooms worked so had to use a blowdryer in the hall. Still... for the price, location and things to do..pretty good find. Would stay again.

Windsor Hills resort

Everything with the house was fine. Little things could get some attention but I don’t fret about that. The resort was great other than no recycling is sad. We paid for tennis racquets but found the courts to be full with a three hour limit of play. Would have been closed had we waited and they refused to refund our money. And I think they could use a bigger or another hot tub. Those things were the only complaints I had. Wonderful week. Thank you.

Fantastic stay

This property has had a recent make over and is in the perfect location with easy access to the parks, airport, malls and has a fantastic Walmart at the top of the road. The Windsor Hills community is wonderful, safe and friendly and I cannot wait to return.

Great location and community pool is great for Kids. A little dated but in line with the price.

We enjoyed our stay in Orlando and the location was prime. Check in was easy and the guard stations was very accommodating. We agree with some of the previous reviews that the property could use updating and a few items of attention to detail. The appliances and other amenities are builder grade but we knew this from the pictures. The back pool had weeds and could be easily fixed with weed killer. The couch and loveseat need replaced as the fabric is completely worn on the arm rests. The community pool was really nice and we enjoyed a great day at the pool however the bugs were excessive. Overall I would recommend this property as it is relatively inexpensive but again it is not a 5 star resort And the price is in line with what you get.
