The check in process was good but communication was a solid two day delay with any questions. Most of our ratings were just okay because the house doesn’t look well taken care of… the game room has cracks and holes in most of the flooring and even the living room walls had knocks in it… the doorwall doesn’t close properly and the corner of it has drywall falling off it… in addition, there is an animal in the walls that we would hear at night but could never locate. But would hear loudly. The small bin of garbage isn’t big enough for 20 adults staying at the place. The location was great and the entrance to the neighborhood was easy. The layout wasn’t the same in pictures either. Harry Potter room was advertised as three bedroom and only had two.
