DO NOT STAY HERE! This home has a ton of false and hidden issues.1. The floors are disgusting. This seems to be a trend since I found a review from a month ago stating the same thing. Our feet were BLACK within an hour of being at the home. They might look clean, but they are sticky and gross. The corners of the rooms are also super dirty and full of dirt and grime. We had a 1 year old crawler making our stay difficult.2. The listing advertises a heated pool, however, it is not. Apparently you have to give prior notice that you want it heated and then it’s an additional 25 per day to have this feature. False advertising. The listing and communication from the host does not state this at all. I also noticed the customer that stayed the month prior to us had this same issue.3. Yes, it’s a gated community which should make you feel secure and in a great spot, but what isn’t very clear is that your vehicle will most likely be towed in the middle of the night for many different reasons and then they hold your vehicle for 250 ransom. This is a money scheme and the HOA here is ridiculously cruel. The homeowner even stated that he didn’t think it warranted being towed, but yet didn’t reimburse our money.4. We asked to extend the reservation due to weather at home but left right away after the towing incident and they kept the extra money. We did not feel safe there any longer.We are out 350 due to this terrible situation and the homeowner didn’t care. Worst vacation.
