Inside, the fully equipped kitchen and cozy living room provide all the comforts and conveniences for a truly relaxing stay.

    Perfectly situated just 0.6 miles (900 meters) from the clubhouse, this house offers both luxury and convenience, ensuring a memorable getaway for everyone.

    Guest access
    Guests have access to the entire house, the private pool area, and the clubhouse.

    Three days before your arrival we will send you the access code for the property, Wi-Fi, and the house address via private message (inbox). You will also receive a Welcome Guide by email with all the information you need for your stay. For your convenience, we provide a 24-hour emergency phone line to ensure you have all the support you need throughout your stay.

    HOUSEKEEPING
    • To ensure a spotless experience, the home is professionally cleaned and inspected before your arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental, but mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee if needed.

    POOL
    • The pool heater operates through heat exchange, which may not work effectively in very cold weather. If you choose to heat the pool under these conditions and it doesn’t reach the desired temperature, refunds will not be available.
    • For safety, the pool heater may temporarily shut off if the system is overworked during cold weather. This is a normal precaution to prevent damage and will resume functionality automatically.
    • Pool heating is optional and subject to availability.

    POOL CLEANING
    Pool cleaning at Windsor Island Resort houses is typically conducted weekly on Saturdays, but it may be subject to adjustments based on weather conditions. In the event of unfavorable weather, the cleaning may be rescheduled to a different day of the week. Our professional team has access to the pool area without requiring you to open the door, and they will complete the service in approximately one hour, allowing you to enjoy the pool afterward.

    This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized:

    • Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trashcan, Small shampoo and conditioner.
    • Kitchen: Two garbage bags, Sponge, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel.
    • Laundry: One laundry detergent.
    • Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed, one towel per guest (house’s maximum occupancy).

    PLEASE NOTE:
    The following extra services are available and must be requested at least 48 hours before your check-in date. Here are the details:

    • Pool heating: $33 per day with a minimum charge of $165, subject to availability.
    • Early check-in (from 12 pm): $127, subject to availability.
    • Late check-out (until 3 pm): $127, to be requested no later than check-in time and subject to availability.

    Complimentary use of BBQ Grill: The BBQ Grill will be clean and available for your convenience. To use it, you will need to refill the propane cylinder at the nearest retail store or propane refill station.

    COMMUNITY STAY POLICY
    Windsor Island Resort enforces a maximum stay of 120 days per guest within a calendar year. Even if a guest has multiple reservations in the community, the total combined stay may not exceed this limit.

    GATE REQUIREMENTS
    To enter the community, all guests and drivers must be registered in advance with correct first and last names and accurate check-in and check-out dates. This requirement applies to everyone without exception, including drivers, guests who are not driving, and guests arriving by Uber or Lyft. Any guest or driver not properly registered will be denied access at the gate, even if they are not operating a vehicle. The gatehouse may request a valid photo ID from all guests aged 18 and over, or a valid driver’s license from anyone driving within the community.
    All guests must first check in at the main gate on Sand Mine Road, where access information will be verified and the parking pass will be issued. Once the parking pass is received, guests may use the back gate on Highway 27 for entry and exit during their stay. Guests arriving without a parking pass will be redirected to the main gate.
    If you plan to arrive by rideshare (Uber/Lyft), please note that all adult guests in the vehicle must be listed in the reservation. Rideshare drivers do not have access to the community unless the registered guests they are dropping off are properly listed. Please note that rideshare vehicles are also subject to the home’s maximum vehicle limit, which includes personal cars, visitors, rideshare vehicles, and golf carts. If the vehicle limit has already been reached, Uber/Lyft access will be denied.

    PARKING
    Vehicle Limits – Strictly Enforced: Each home at Windsor Island Resort has a maximum number of vehicles allowed:
    Townhomes: A maximum of 3 vehicles per home are allowed to enter and park in the designated townhome parking areas.
    Single-Family Homes (5–7 bedrooms): A maximum of 4 vehicles per home are allowed to enter the community.
    Single-Family Homes (8–10 bedrooms): A maximum of 5 vehicles per home are allowed to enter the community.
    Once this limit is reached, no additional vehicles will be allowed into the community, including visitors. The resort does not make exceptions.
    If you plan to receive visitors, please ensure the vehicle limit has not already been reached. Any vehicles beyond the limit will be denied entry at the gate.
    Garage and Driveway: Parking is allowed in the garage and driveway. All vehicles must be fully within the driveway. If a vehicle extends into the street or sidewalk—even by one inch—it will be towed. Note: some garages may be converted into game rooms.
    Unauthorized Parking:
    No parking on grass, irrigation areas, or sidewalks.
    No street parking on Kaipo Rd, or on designated areas of Summer Dr, Aloha Blvd, and Mahalo Dr (check posted signs).
    Street parking is only allowed on designated sides of the street, as indicated by signs.
    Basketball Court/Clubhouse: Parking is allowed in front of the basketball court, but never inside the clubhouse area.
    Towing: Vehicles in violation are subject to towing without warning, especially between 8PM and 7AM. All towing costs are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
    Parking Passes: All passes must be clearly visible on the vehicle’s dashboard. Security will provide a parking pass.

    - HOA Office: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday - Friday)
    - Blue Marlin Grille (Restaurant & Bar): 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday - Sunday)
    - Sundry Shop: 8:00 AM – 7:30 PM (Monday - Sunday)
    - Pool Deck & Water Park: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday - Sunday)
    - Sports Court: 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM (Monday - Sunday)
    Please note that Clubhouse operating hours and dates are subject to change by the resort without prior notice.

    DELIVERY
    All items must be delivered to the house, the clubhouse is not responsible for any deliveries.
    Amazon, UPS, and FedEx have access to make deliveries.
    The Post Office/Regular Mail is not permitted to make deliveries within the community.
    Please ensure that deliveries are scheduled to arrive during your stay. We cannot be held responsible for any items that go missing after delivery.

Check in and prior communication was very efficient. We paid for the heated pool which was nice except the pool was not cleaned on our check in day as told. There was dirt and large sequins laying all over the bottom along with and old ball stuck in the skimmer. I must say though this was the filthiest carpet I have ever seen even in a hotel. We were not about to have it cleaned during our stay so I reported on check out. The other issue is getting into the complex. Very chaotic and dangerous from the main road. Had to wait a long time every time we returned because they were not directing lines. I could not find any previous reviews for this property so I'm not sure how they came up with 5 star and excellent.
