    The Space:

    This Emerald Island Resort town home boasts a queen master suite, a queen room and a bedroom with two twin beds. The master suite and the two other bedrooms with the family bathroom are on the second floor. All the bedrooms have tv's. Completing this townhome on the ground floor is the living room, dining room, full kitchen, guest bathroom and utility room with washer and dryer. The living room overlooks an open yard.



    We supply bed linen, towels and a starter kit to our guests. The starter kit consists of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one trash bag, one tab for the washing machine and one for the dishwasher as well as some shampoo and soap.



    At the clubhouse enjoy two large pools, whirlpool, sauna, fitness center cyber cafe and the pool side Tiki Bar. There are also basket ball half-courts, volleyball courts and a tennis court. Class Golf 10 minutes away at the Orange Lake Country Club.



    Shops and restaurants are close by.

    EMERALD ISLAND RESORT does NOT ALLOW RV's, Campers, Buses, Boats or Trailers to be parked on the property. Semi-trucks are not permitted along with any truck in excess of 24 feet



    Note that you will need to pay a non refundable $20 per car at the resort gate for an access card. An access card is needed to use resort amenities.

Just right

Fantastic location, quick and easy comms with the hosting company, easy check in. Beds were comfortable, all appliances worked well, showers were hot. We would definitely stay again.

Good value base for the parks

This place did what we needed it to do. Relatively comfortable for the three days we were in Orlando. The communal pool is nice and all staff at the security gates, pool bar and reception were nice. It’s a relatively inexpensive property to stay at so it isn’t full on luxury but its location and practicality making it a good spot to stay.

Place was extremely nice beautiful, absolutely loved it and will go back . Only down fall is they should update the TVs in two of the rooms because they Weren’t working or working right .

Nice Resort very clsoe to Disney

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen schönen Anlage. Viele Palmen und Grünflächen, schön angelegt. Für Disney Besuche ist die Lage gut, da man in wenigen Minuten alle Disney Parks erreichen kann. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, alles Probleme wurden in kurzer Zeit und freundlich behoben.

The furniture was old

The apartment was very clean. The access was easy. I love the outside of it, but the furniture was a little outdated, and there were maybe one or two bugs that we killed other than that I would stay there again.

Stayed here for our Disney/Universal Vacation

We enjoyed our stay here. It was convenient to Disney, stores, etc. We had enough space for 5 people and it was quiet and comfortable. Nothing fancy, but we would absolutely stay here again. We felt that many of the negative responses were probably people “nitpicking”. I would suggest that you bring extra towels if you’re staying several days. We enjoyed our stay here!

I would stay there again

What a great property and value. Loved the neighbourhood, location and the house. Communication was good with owner. Location was exactly what my family of six needed for our stay. My only regret in our vacation was that we were so busy at the amusement parks that I did not give myself more time to relax and enjoy the house, pool and amenities of the neighbourhood. Would say it was a great location for those going to Disney, only a short drive away.

Perfect family vacation home

My family and I stayed during Thanksgiving, 2 adults 5 kids and it was so comfortable. I was able to cook Thanksgiving dinner. My kids loved the pool and my husband and I enjoyed miniature golf and the tiki bar. Minutes away from Disney world. Mike answered my texts in a timely manner and was very helpful. We will definitely be coming back.

Family friendly town home

This Town home was very clean and spacious. Located in super cool resort with lot of common amenities. The kitchen, dining, living areas and 3 bed rooms had plenty of space for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. The kitchen was well appointed with any cooking equipment and plenty of dishes & glassware. All Orlando attractions are just 15-20 minutes’ drive. Mark (property management) coordinated very well to help us with Check in / out process and was super smooth. We will love to stay here again on our next trip to Orlando... hopefully every year :) .. Would definitely recommend for small families.
