The space
Welcome to Emerald Island Resort, a prestigious gated & guarded community located within minutes of Walt Disney World and a short drive to shopping and dining!
This Townhome is a perfect place for relaxing and resting after a fun, tiring, and long day at the park’s attractions.
The Clubhouse is open from 8AM to 10PM, and offers guest services, sauna, gym, main pool, spa, and the Tiki Bar. Also, a business center with printers and meeting rooms.

The Space
The place features 3 bedrooms, and 2.5 bathrooms. All rooms have its own TV. It also has an owner suite balcony upstairs and a downstairs open patio for relaxing.
The property is very well equipped with the necessary things to enjoy, rest, cook and sleep very pleasant. Also, everything has been cleaned and sanitized to provide a safe and comfortable stay.
The home has board/card games, novels, and a host of other convenient items to make your stay unforgettable and you want to come back soon.
Guest access
Please note that you will need to access through the main gate and get your gate entrance’s passes at the front desk of the Clubhouse. Have your booking details printed or ready to show on your phone, as you will need to first register at the guard gate. After that, you’ll be using the gate located on the side of the building for the rest of the stay.
Other things to note
**Note that Emerald Island Resort requires a 1-time fee of $20 per car for an
access card which will allow you to enter and exit the resort. This fee can be paid
directly to the resort when you first arrive for your check in or online in advance. **

**All bedrooms and full bathrooms are located upstairs on the 2nd floor which requires stairs to access. There is a half bathroom on the first floor.
