It really is a full seven bedroom house. Plenty of room for our family. The kids used the movie room as their hang out space. We so enjoyed the heated pool on our days off from Disney. We cooked some meals in and plenty of table seating. We used the highchair the stroller and the crib. Also many towels. We would stay again.

Host was welcoming and easy to communicate with. House had everything we needed. The added amenities were fantastic. It’s the little things that make such a huge difference when traveling. The host provided dedicated pool towels, coffee pods, more than 1 roll of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, salt, pepper, spices and enough trash bags to cover our stay for 4 days. These little things make a huge difference with hosts and houses.

I cannot speak highly enough about our stay. The home was immaculate and had every amenity imaginable. It was comfortable and there were so many fun things to do. Adrienne was a wonderful host. Everything was wonderful! The hostess was absolutely amazing and very quick to answer any questions that we had. She was always just a text or quick call away! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The themed bedrooms were a big hit! My daughter loved the princess room, in particular! The grandkids fit really well in the bedroom with the bunkbeds. Needless to say, there was ample sleeping quarters and bathrooms for our extended family. The theater room was great to share a family movie. We had a little hiccup with the pool as the heating wasn't working. The ownership promptly sent a pool man to fix it the next day. The kids liked it being heated but they did just fine playing in it unheated!One thing that I wanted to stress is that the location of the home is in a quiet development. This home had wilderness behind it and ample greenspace between the houses. We liked being able to retreat away from the busyness of the city. The location was convenient to the Disney attractions and a reasonable distance to SeaWorld. We appreciated that they did provide a couple of laundry detergent pods. Having a nice washer and dryer was very helpful! I do recommend that people should consider bringing detergent pods for the dishwasher. We didn't but we bought some at the grocery store, donating the unused for the next guest. It wasn't a big expense but we could have avoided it by bringing some with us. The owners were very good about communicating with us (before we left our home) about what they did and didn't provide as well as rules of the house.We will surely plan to return here if and when we vacation with extended family in the area again!

We used this property for a church youth group trip to Universal studios. There was ample space for everyone. The kids and adults loved the property. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. I plan to come back with my family and stay here in the near future.

Great property and location!! Loved the house and easy communication. Only suggestion, have some bigger pots/pans for large groups. Would stay there again and recommend to anyone! We had 18 people all teenagers and older, plenty of space for everyone

Home away from Home

The house was extremely gorgeous with plenty of room. The pool had many floats and swimming noodles to use alone with pool towels to dry off with. The kitchen was well equipped. The host was amazing. She was very informative. We had a little issue with the air but it was resolved immediately. I will highly recommend this house and host.

Fantastic vacation!

Great layout for our family gathering. My sons and their families were each able to keep the children next to their bedrooms. The house had plenty of entertainment and the kids were never bored. Plenty of dishes and seating for our large family. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. I would though add more wash clothes and kitchen towels. There some outlets not working especially in the downstairs. I needed to power up my Cpap machine close to me and cell phone but was only able to do one. The overall experience was enjoyable that we would do it again. There was a lot of thought put into providing a wonderful atmosphere. Thank you.

First trip to Florida

Overall great experience and beautiful home. The kids love the movie room and pool. Love how it’s enclosed and seating to relax and lounge with out all the pestering bugs. It’s a gated community and on-site security so don’t have worry about your safety or belonging being harmed. Would totally be staying here again.

Family trip

My family of 11 stayed in this house for a week and it was so nice! It was very clean, everything we needed was labeled and made it extremely easy. I do have small children, who can swim but I was still very grateful of the safety measures taken at the pool. Anything can happen! We did have a issue with the pool heater but she was great with communication and had the pool company out that morning. We enjoyed our stay and it was nice to have the space after a day at Disney!

Kids enjoyed the movie room. Pool met our needs. Upstairs was a bit sandy from the shuffleboard. Staff at the gate and clubhouse could be nicer, though.
