Not Exactly Luxurious

Very nice home and we enjoyed it. Bedrooms, bathrooms, game rooms were all as pictured for the most part. However the little extra decor that is pictured (placemats, apples, floats, table decor, bedding decor, etc.) was not there. We heated the pool which was quite expensive, but they had it ready for us when we got there. Communication was very good. However, Villatel texts you every single day. The photos must have been taken when the house was brand new. There is definitely poor attention to detail when cleaning, especially the floors and carpet all over the house. The outdoor kitchen area was disgusting. Food splatters all over the walls. Charcoal and sand all around the floor of the outdoor kitchen. The pool floor needs a good vacuming. There was just all sorts of stuff at the bottom of the pool. There were hair scrunchies around the pool too. The whole outdoor patio and pool could stand a good deep clean. When cooking on the indoor stove, as you turn the knob to ignite one of the stove eyes, the igniter flickers. Which it should, but then it flickers the entire time you are cooking. The sound is like a popping sound and it does it the entire time. Someone needs to go out and fix it. I probably wouldn't stay at this house again just do to cleanliness.

Well-maintained and decorated!

I desperately needed an escape from my workload and when my friend invited me to this resort for a stay, I took a break from the office and rushed to it. This place compelled me to forget all of my problems and enjoy this resort to the fullest. It was the most comforting experience I've ever witnessed. It was well-maintained and decorated. The solterra resort was exceptional. I would highly recommend this place.

Best Place for Family get togather!

I heard about this resort from my colleague. On his recommendation, I booked this resort for Thanksgiving. My aunt is a chef, and she was extremely delighted to cook in this attractive kitchen. She prepared the Thanksgiving meal for the whole family. We played games, swam all day, and made so many memories. It was the best Thanksgiving ever. Thanks to my colleague for recommending this place.

Flawless Villa!

This resort will always have a special place in my heart because I proposed to my girlfriend in this villa. We were watching her favorite movie “Endless Love” in the theater while I proposed to her. She was so lost in the movie, I bent down on one knee and gave her the ring in the romantic dim lights of the theater. That moment was priceless to us. We enjoyed every bit of this place. From the gaming room to the swimming pool, everything was flawless.

Loved the animated sleeping areas!

My dad promised me a small family trip on a bet of scoring the highest marks in finals. Guess what? I got the highest marks! So, he has to fulfill his promise now. He planned a week-long vacation and selected this resort for our stay. I was extremely thrilled to see the animated sleeping areas. My mother was delighted to see the lovely kitchen. She loved cooking in it. Overall, it was a great place for a family stay.

My boyfriend booked this resort for my birthday surprise party. He invited all of my friends and colleagues. I would love to say that he has chosen the perfect place according to my taste. It has everything that I ever wished for. From the inside of the house to the outside resort, I loved everything. Thumbs up for this place!

Heaven on Earth

My siblings and I wanted to surprise our mother on mothers day, so we decided to give her a weekend off, and we took her to this resort for a little getaway. This resort is truly a pearl in a shell. It is very airy and spacious. The outside view from the pool area seems like heaven on Earth. We played indoor and outdoor games. Overall, we had an amazing weekend there.

Will come back again!

This place had everything we needed for a memorable family week. In the morning, my grandparents used to soak in the sun while we used to swim and play games in the pool. In the evening, My siblings and I used to spend all of our time in the arcade room while my parents used to spend their time in the theater or gym. At night, the whole family used to sit together in the living room while waiting for our dinner to cook. It was the best week spent with my family.

Amazing home for families!

Nothing lights me up like a luxurious holiday with all the fun stuff at arm’s reach. This place offered me that and more. The well-designed swimming pool and big screens in the movie hall drove adrenaline out of me. The homes were spacious too plus, there are more coming up, can’t wait to sleep in one of those new units.

I heard about the homes from a friend and took my family there for a week. The kitchen was fully equipped with some outclass cookers. My little girl can’t stop talking about her themed sleeping area.

Recommended.

My husband decided to give this place a try but I was not sure whether it would be the same as it appears in the pictures, so I refused, but my husband insisted and we went there. And I must say, it was the best decision of his life. The ambiance, the vibe of this place literally compelled me. The first look of the loft and garages gave me goosebumps but when I saw the themed rooms, I got lost in it and it was like the cherry on top.
