This is a fantastic location, and the house was clean, spacious, and comfortably accommodated everyone, with extra rooms to spare. Although a few items listed weren’t initially available, the owner responded right away and promptly had everything delivered to the doorstep. The communication was exceptional and truly made a difference in our stay. Windsor Cay stands out as a highlight, thanks to its resort-like atmosphere. We would definitely consider booking here again in the future.

Amazing pool and hot-tub! All of the commodities you will ever need. Flawless check-in, great communication and fast responses from the owners. This is such a beautiful property that has accommodated our entire extended family for two years in a row now. Great secure location, not a far drive to anywhere we needed to be. Would highly recommend this location, 100% happy! You won’t regret choosing this gorgeous home!

Host was really helpful. Had a few minor situations that we had questions about and was able to message,text,and even call host. His response to text questions was fairly quick which was greatly appreciated. The venue was practically new and very clean. Price was fair. Had 8 adult males (golf trip) and 8 bedrooms so each had his own room. Everyone was satisfied with their stay and would stay again.

Travelling as a party of 12 with five being under age 9 we felt the property would suit our needs for a 10 day vacation, it looked modern and fresh. The spa was not heated and we had chosen this property as pool heat was included as an amenity, in contacting the host their replies we often could not understand and towards the end of our stay they stopped communicating altogether. Sinks and showers also had limited hot water and took forever to get to warm. There was no reference book to understand how to deal with garbage or to review tasks required to complete before checkout. As kids were playing a couch got moved and a small random pill was discovered which was very concerning, we had initially found a dirty sock in a cupboard and disregarded as an oversight but did a full clean after this pill issue happened. We had asked prior to booking if there was a stroller on site, with a one word reply of Yes, we could not locate on arrival and had to reach only to be advised the previous guests had broken it and they would have the management company deliver another. When that arrived it had a bad tire but luckily our men are handy and were able to take to the gas station and refill. The ice machine in the fridge also stopped working, when we contacted to advise they had a countertop ice machine delivered however the state of that unit was appalling as it was full of mold and we had to fully disinfect. Overall yes it’s a nice house but we would not book again.

Wow! Great house and wonderful community amenities. The house was very spacious and very clean. We stayed here three nights with our family and absolutely loved it. The community clubhouse and pool area were amazing. Kitchen was well stocked. Would stay here again.

The house was clean and well decorated with high end appliances and bedding and towels. The owner was gracious and helpful. It is certainly beneficial to not have houses behind the property.However 2 of the 4 nights we had neighbors out by their pool which is maybe 30 feet from the house in which we were staying and they had a large speaker and microphone which was turned up high. The first night at 1:15am we asked them to lower the music which did not happen. The second night we called the Claremont police around 11:30 who thankfully came out and put an end to it.

Great home!

Home was exactly as pictured. It was the perfect space for us and both the house’s pool and community pool were nice. The only issue we had was due to the neighbors playing loud music until 3am one night, but would definitely stay there again.

A 5 Star Resort Home

The home is extremely beautiful and it was in a perfect location! We enjoyed every aspect down to the amenities that have an amazing water park and miniature golf course for the family when we didn’t want to go to the park. I would highly recommend and would stay again. The owner was super easy and friendly to communicate and connect with. They answer any questions that I had immediately!

Beautiful home in a new neighborhood, close to main attractions

Not exaggerating, this is the best Vrbo we've ever stayed at. The home is amazing. Practically brand new and outfitted with eventing you can think of. Well beyond any other home we've stayed in. Great communication, zero issues. Do not hesitate to stay here. You won't regret it.

We stayed with our college softball team. The homes was beautiful and well furnished for our team! Had everything we needed...including comfortable beds for everyone. The clubhouse wasn't open yet but we took advantage of the sister resort just down the road. We will be booking again! Thank you!

Everything was as expected and more! Heater pool was such a plus after all day at the parks. The home was beautiful with large bedrooms and bathrooms. There was plenty of room to spread out. The owner was quick to respond to questions and very accommodating!!! We will definitely stay here again.

The home is nice. Communication with the host was OK but left some to be desired. I was sent the incorrect address and entry code with a correction quickly following but it did cause some confusion since both homes were near one another. The entry into the neighborhood nearest the home was closed at some point each evening requiring entry to take place at the main gate. This wasn't much of an inconvenience but we didn't know that would happen so the first night we were confused as to how we should enter the neighborhood. The host did respond promptly to that issue with clear instructions. A few minor things that could be upgraded. The ice machine was not functioning. There was no traditional coffee pot. No sponges or brushes for cleaning dishes. No clear instructions for check-out procedure (a book in the home with this information would have been nice). We received a wifi code but it didn't work. The host provided the correct code quickly but it was still an inconvenience.Some of the remotes in the bedrooms didn't operate the corresponding TVs. Overall, the home was absolutely satisfactory. It just seemed like the host wasn't 100% on top of things.

Perfect Stay for a Short Getaway!

We recently stayed at this property for a short trip to Orlando, and it exceeded our expectations. The location was fantastic—just minutes away from Disney parks and Universal Studios, yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Amazing time in USA

Our stay at the Windsor Cay Island Resort villa was unforgettable! The villa had everything we needed—comfy bedding, a fully stocked kitchen, bbq machine, and plenty of space for our group of 24. The host was fantastic, always prompt and communicative, ensuring everything went smoothly. The villa's location was perfect, with no rear neighbors for added privacy. The highlight was the amazing pool and hot tub, which was free of charge and was perfect for relaxing after a day of fun. Although the resort is still being built, we had access to the Windsor Island Resort, and the amenities—pools, lazy river, and water park—were absolutely incredible. We had the time of our lives and can’t wait to return!
