Exec. 4 Bedroom Home nr Disney, Backs onto Conservation lands

  • ¡Bienvenido a Sunset Palms! Situado a solo cuatro millas de Disney y los otros parques temáticos principales. Justo al lado de la popular autopista 192 y todos sus restaurantes y actividades.
    Nuestra piscina recientemente renovada (2014) está orientada al sur y tiene sol desde la mañana hasta el atardecer. Está retrocediendo hacia un estanque y hermosas tierras de conservación, muy privado y una gran sensación de estar lejos de todo.
    La casa está decorada con muebles de calidad. Nos quedamos en la casa un par de meses cada año y tratamos de mantenerla como si fuera nuestra primera casa.
    Una cama King y dos camas Queen en tres de las habitaciones. Dos camas individuales en la habitación de los niños. Camas plegables adicionales para dos niños. Uso gratuito de cuna para un bebé.
    Bañera de hidromasaje de gran tamaño en el baño principal. Acceso al área de la piscina a través de la sala principal y el dormitorio principal.
    Sunset Lakes es una comunidad cerrada exclusiva. Las características de la comunidad incluyen piscina, parque infantil y muelles de pesca en los lagos más grandes (lubina de calidad y otros peces).



    Acceso a Internet: acceso a Internet WIFI y por cable incluido en la casa.

Very spacious property with great proximity to Disney, shopping and many many food options. We have stayed in many VRBO’s and this is one of the better ones.

A fabulous villa in a brilliant area. The villa is modern and clean with an amazing view of the nature area behind. Always lots of animals and birds to watch and a surprise visit of a racoon in the bin (we helped him out of it). I would recommend this villa to everyone.

Just returned from a lovely stay at Andrew’s property. The pool area backing on to the lake and woods was amazing. Seen some fab wildlife and the noises of the birds, frogs and bugs were great. Great location for us too.We would defo return

Villa was exactly as shown on photos and the description on website. Had everything we needed. Owner was very quick to reply both beforehand and while we were there. Lovely quiet area with the pool overlooking a natural lake full of wildlife and really close to the Disney parks. Would definitely recommend and choose this villa for future visits

Lovely villa, pool was warm despite the freeze the week before and our son learned how to swim during our stay. Nice house and beds very comfortable

Great host, very easy to communicate with and the villa was just lovely. Great clean living areas and the back pool area is quite special with the conservation area behind it, made it feel very private. Highly recommend and would stay again if we visit Orlando again.

We really enjoyed staying at this home. This is our second year staying for a month. Love the view of the pond. Pool is very nice. Beds are comfortable. Home is clean and the recliners are very much appreciated. Lice the area. It is close to a lot of restaurants and close to the parks. We were disappointed that the home was already booked for March of 2027. Hopefully we can get back in 2028.

Great location and excellent host to deal with. We had one problem that he sorted out quickly.Villa is a real 'home from home' and we are just disappointed we cannot stay in 2026 as it is already booked for our date.

Fantastic pool, with an even better view. This is our 4th time here. We love the quiet and the wildlife. Just don’t go in November/ December as that’s when I am going again Lol.
How could you not like that view.

Great and clean property, ideally located a short drive from all the parks and restaurants. This was our second visit to this holiday rental, and wouldn't hesitate in going back again. Communication with the host was great.

Excellent villa for a large family. This villa has everything you need to make the most out of your trip. 10 mins away from the Disney parks and 30 from universal. Pool area great with a large gas BBQ which is great for pool days which come in handy for the hectic trip. All in all a this villa has it from location to equipment you need

Excellent stay

Property was clean and as described. It has everything you need and is in a fantastic, quiet location but only a few miles from highway 192 and Disney. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Great communication with owner from initial contact and onwards. Information on property sent well in advance, accurate and contained all relevant information. Property footprint was perfect. 4 bedrooms all well equipped. Great AC and ceiling fans also. Lounge area very comfortable with lovely views over the lake behind. Quiet residential area. Beds very comfortable and we all had excellent sleep every night. Pool area had several sun loungers- very comfortable- and plenty of space around the pool. Plenty of towels for bathroom and pool. Easy parking at front of property, with easy access to property from same. 15-25 minutes from Disney parks - depending on traffic. Universal parks about 30 mins. We hired a car which we found easy to navigate to all parks. There is a wal mart within 8 mins drive and a Publix within 10 minutes. Both supermarkets very well stocked. Great choice of restaurants within 10 minutes drive. We would definitely recommend this property and would love to return in the near future.

Great house, comfortable, spacious, lovely pool and quiet location, but near to Disney.

We have a fabulous time here. The house was well equipped, comfy and clean, ideal for our family. We loved the swimming pool and the view beyond. Ideally situated for Disney, restaurants and supermarket. If we return to Florida we would definitely want to stay here again.

Wonderful vacation getaway

We were pleased to find the house very clean and the decor has been nicely updated. The king bed in the master bedroom is comfortable, as is the theatre seating in the living room. The pond and the wildlife in the surrounding conservation area was something we looked forward to viewing every day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful time

We enjoyed our time at this home. The check in was easy. The home is spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool area and watching the wild life in the pond. We have already reserved it for next year. Very happy with the home, the owner and the management company.
