Family Vacation

Enjoyed the space of the property. The pool and hottub did not warm or work properly, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay. The property manager was prompt with our concerns.

Perfect house for large fami

It started with getting a fast response with every question I had. Check in was so simple and the house was amazing. We had 5 families totaling 28 people. The kids enjoyed the game rooms, the pool and the theater room. The adults enjoyed the space and everything the house had to offer.

Fun Family Time

It was a very fun place to stay...unfortunately they said there would be a crock pot there and there was not. Also the kitchen needs 2 or 3 cool aid pitchers for that many people. We needed to go out and buy a can opener at the last minute to open our canned food. Also there were no regular spoons....only huge serving/soup spoons. Also only 1 serviing bowl for salad or fruit,,,so the kitchen needs lots of things for a large family who comes and wants to cook some. The bedrooms were great and the themed rooms were very fun and the kids loved them. The house and pool were very clean when we got there.....however the hot and pool were cold on arrival ...we were dissapointed, but when I called, they turned them on. ...but the hot tub did not work very good it would not be hot at 9 or qo when you wanted to sit in it ...or it was not hot in morning or other times....they came out once to work on it...but it still did not work properly. a pool guy came on Friday afternoon and wanted to treat the pool and have us stay out for 2 1/2 hours.....but I said no....this is our last day and we were all planniing on swimming then. He said he would come back later. Some men came to fix the bathroom which was broke when we arrived and the dryer. We had a great time overall and enjoyed the house. I called and asked about a refund for the hot tub and they said they would ...I have not seen it appear as a credit yet....It should be for at least 2 days..you can call me about any of the

The good, the bad & the ugly

The GOOD: Large home, clean, lots of room to spread out. Lots of Pool towels. Three washer and dryers. (One dryer didnt work) awesome pool. Property management took care of problems fast. The game room was awesome. The BAD: no noise absorption. The noise in the bedrooms on the main level was bad. It was like being in the middle of the conversation in the dining area. Not enough large serving bowls, no can opener. Not enough kitchen towels. Only one bath towel, hand towel and wash cloth per person. Blankets are very heavy. Would be nice to have a couple lighter weight ones. Furniture could be way more comfortable. The UGLY: the GATE HOUSE Every time coming in traffic was backed way up on a highway. 10:30 at night was the worst; all the park visitors coming back. Not safe at all. Some in the gate house were great, others have major power trips. ((Crazy little blond lady)) “You must enter in the first lane” ( you get a pass, you should just be able to drive through.) They allow tow trucks in. Why?? To try to ruin people that are renting from you vacation. WHAT!

Great Location

This rental worked out great. Very clean except for the carpet. I have rented many time and carpet always seem to be a challege to keep clean with renters. This place was very clean and I would stay here again because it worked out great. If they ever replace the carpet I would recommend tile or laminate because it is easier to clean and keep clean. The only reason I did not give cleanliness a 5 if because of the carpet. Leslie

Good big house for 24 of us

Works out well for price when split between 5 families. Plenty stuff in the house to keep us entertained. Communal pool was good too. We probably didn't spend as much time here as we would have liked due to going to all the theme parks. Would recommend!

Best Vacation Home ever

This was by far the best family vacation we have ever rented. Every single generation of the family was accomadated. 1 for 1 room to bathroom was a must and this property was perfect for our reunion. The themed rooms, game rooms, activity rooms really set the standard for vacation homes. We will be booking our next reunion at these properties.

Kids loved it!

I was invited to stay with my family and experience the brand new home. Truly one of a kind palace with an incredible swimming pool and a fantastic theatre room. The bedrooms were ideal for everyone and the kids loved playing in the cartoon themed room.

Villatel is best!

Wow Mario and another Pirates themed rooms. We were invited to spend a night with family and experience the new home. Villatel homes are like no other. You really don't need to go else where. This house has it all. Pics don't do it justice.
