Great Vacation Home

This house is everything that it says it is in the description and pictures. My family loooooved the house the moment they walked in. Every adult loved their room as well as the kids. We spent a lot of time in the main sitting area. It was very comfortable and relaxing. The kids loved the pool and the arcade. The home came with everything we needed to cook. The parking worked out for us since a couple people decided to Uber some places instead of renting a car. I'm used to being a little bit closer to things like shopping and entertainment, especially during the holiday season because the traffic is horrible. After a couple days the pool did start looking a little murky. We would definitely stay here again. Best vacation stay ever!

Beyond Expectations

The only gripe we had was only having parking for 5 cars with a house of 26 people traveling from SC we had 8 cars and it’s no excess parking on the property. But once we walked through the doors of our property all our gripes went away. The house was beyond amazing. We had an itinerary but it’s so much entertainment at the house for the kids and the adults we did not want to leave the house. The house was well cleaned and provided enough kitchen appliances, utensils and more. Having 2 refrigerators was a major plus cause we only stayed 3 nights but brought a week worth of groceries. The location was perfect and closed to all amenities. I will high suggest this home to guest. We did have a scare on Saturday morning where the smoke alarms and security alarm went off and couldn’t figure out why cause everyone was asleep and not cooking or anything but eventually went off. We will definitely be booking again. Great job with this property.

Beautiful theme rooms!

I love how spacious it was. It was more beautiful than it appears in pictures. I love the massive windows that allow the sunlight to pour into the house. The beautiful details of the space-themed bedroom were to die for. My kids loved this place and they can't wait to visit again.

Everything was perfect!

I booked this resort for my bachelorette party. I invited all of my friends and cousins. They accommodated me and my group of 15 people so beautifully. Everything was so perfect. The pool and theater were the most engaging activities for an adult stay. The arcade room, loft and gym added spice to our tour. We had a great time there.

Lovely gym and arcade!

I am such a fitness-conscious person and that’s the reason I don’t prefer to go anywhere because of my gym routine. When my cousins were making the plan for a week-long stay, they chose this place for the stay. I instantly said “yes” because of the gym facility. I mean, who does that? A+ for the building gym in the resort. I loved the interior of this place. The services, the themed room, the pool site everything was constructed so beautifully. Thank you for making my stay so fun.

Best theme rooms for kids!

I heard about the place through an ad. Truth is, the units are just as beautiful inside as they are outside.The kids' sleeping areas were the epitome of any kid's desires; the walls were all themed up with superhero pictures and the beds were styled up to feature stairs and sort. Soon I'll surprise them with a trip back there.

Beautiful bedrooms!

My husband and I have never had such a big bedroom to ourselves, the rooms were so spacious I could hear the kids chasing each other around in their rooms. The furniture is worth mentioning, it is comfy, strong and the wood, it must be imported.

Great amenities

I am a chef and the first area I check in a house is the kitchen. The one here was spacious, well equipped, and most of all clean. I got to try some recipes I read online, and my family enjoyed it. My husband and the kids could not get enough of the gaming room; even my two-year-old can play video games now.

Excellent for large groups & families!

We actually ended up staying in the Playful Palace because this one wasn't available. We were the first ones, so of course there were kinks to work out. But the home was BEAUTIFUL, and there was plenty to do without leaving the property. The theme rooms are amazing, and there is plenty of space for a large group to not be on top of each other. The property manager took care of the issues we had, and we would use them again. The construction around the property is definitely a downside, including the actual workers. There was a lot of trash around the grounds of the property. But inside, it was extremely clean and beautiful! Would stay here again!
