Having 5 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms was perfect for our group. The pool and hot tub were great. Recommend paying for the pool heat.

We had to buy a turkey roaster but im pretty sure thats not something that is supplied in a vrbo...we had a good xmas here...i would rent again

This was our second year staying at this property as last year we all had a great time without problems. Unfortunately this year we had a few problems. On arrival we found a dirty cooker, it hadn't been cleaned properly. A pool netting panel was hanging loose over the pool. Due to a storm we lost internet access for several days, No TV/WiFi, a bedroom light not working etc. The response was slow from the owner. On one occasion the front door lock failed to function, no spare batteries in the property so had to leave property unlocked for a day. On our last day two more netting panels had come away and were hanging loose over the pool. When the owner did eventually get back to me she gave me the name (no number) of her property manager, Windsor Hills office didn't have a record off the property manager. Overall the owners response was slow although she did eventually get someone in to remove the panel & restore the WiFi, she did inform me that she couldn't be contacted for the first 6 days of our stay but then we lost WiFi which made it difficult & had to rely on trying to contact her from other locations.

Great place to relax after parks

The location can’t be any better if you’re doing parks! And then coming back to the pool and hot tub was fantastic. Enough rooms and bathrooms to accommodate a large group. Had a blast!

The view by the pool is amazing, pool could have been a little cleaner when we arrived but loved that it supplied to many towels. Everything was in great working order. Would definitely stay there again

Family vacation

Everything was good, nice place, nice environment. The house was clean.. Only missing a few basics like dish soap, dishcloth, a plug for the sink to do the dishes .. salt & pepper.. Other than that we loved our time in this house! Would recommend!

We love Windsor Hills

This is our second time staying and this time closer to the club house and amenities. This was was perfect for our family, pool was nice and owner was prompt with responses.

Nice home needs updates and improvement

Great location nice large indoor space. Games room is garbage noyhing works no bbq tools,back door handle folling off beds are junk wore out need replacement everyone of them.

Wonderful place to ring in the new year

We really enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of space to spread out. The pool was great and we had great weather! Our only hiccup was at the main gate when trying to check in. Would definitely stay here again!

Great house for multiple families!

Property was overall great! This is our second time to stay in that neighborhood; and they definitely make you feel welcome and safe. They have kid activities on certain days and the water slides are an added plus. The house had great features- the game room and the kid themed rooms are wonderful. It was nice that the kids rooms were Upstairs and the rest were downstairs. I had emailed the renter a few times before we got there and was always very fast to get back with me. The only Complaint that I would have js that it would get HOT at night even though we put the air conditioner down before we went to sleep. (Only to find out on our third night that there was a timer on it to bump it up) after getting rid of that timer— it was wonderful! Great house for all Ages!

Be More Transparent regarding the Rental

We had a problem with the following: 1. Cut on the towel floor near stairway. 2. Pool was never treated and the water was green 3. Upstairs east bathroom cabinet door off. 4. Blind was missing leading out to the Pool area I think we deserved a portion on some money back.

Family of 9 Vacation

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect for our Walt Disney and Universal Plans. Clubhouse was very close and our kids loved both the pool at the house and the amenities offered. Would stay again!

Golf Getaway

We stayed here as part of a boys golf trip. The house was perfect. Enough rooms for our foursome. The hot tub got nice and warm to help sooth our old man muscles. Highly recomended for a golf trip or a family stay.

Great Location For Disney & Universal

My wife, our three kids, her brother and his wife were only there from Friday night through Sunday night. They were on the go from early each morning till late at night. Therefore, they did not have much time to enjoy a home that had everything they needed. They especially liked the many bedrooms with attached bathrooms. The Host was especially helpful and the home is located in a gated community which was really nice.

very small parking lot.

One thing didn't make sense to us. The house has five bedrooms and we were in four families with 4 cars and we had some difficulties solving this. Normally a group of friends rents these houses for vacation and to share each room with a family, so consequently there will be more than 3 cars, the only thing that didn't make sense to us was that. So the condominium simply said to park outside and that was our experience. The rented house is ok.

One of our worst stays

First of all for the price it smelled weird, furniture was dated, wifi was very slow and last but not least the matresses were very bad quality and we could feel the springs and they were sitting on very thin plies of wood. I suggest you update your pictures on ur webiste cause it was nothing like we saw.
