Beautiful villa that has got everything you need for a lovely and enjoyable stayThe landing with the massive screen that we had a chance to use for the times it was colder than was anticipated was wonderfulIt’s the ideal villa for a family to use as a base or also time in the villaIt’s very clean and is situated in a great place to get to the theme parks.There’s lots of new places to eat close by and I was thrilled that there is now a Longhorns five minutes away as well as an olive Garden and so many more other things and places to eat

Everything was as advertised and perfect. Myself and my family had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. Tom was amazing and very responsive to all of my inquiries, even the ones I was wasting his time on lol. Thank so much and we would certainly return!

Everything was perfect! Location was away from all the chaos of Disney but close enough to get there quickly with no issues. There was plenty of space for all of us, 4 adults, 4 teenagers, and 1 9 year old. The pool and game room were added bonuses and the kids loved them!

Villa is just as pictured! Very spacious! Loved our time here, had an issue with the water not turning off and Tom the owner was so quick to reply. Tom had the issue resolved extremely quickly and with very little impact to our day. I was extremely happy with our stay and look forward to staying again.

Fantastic Family Vacation

This beautiful home was the perfect location for our 3 adult children, their spouses and our grandchildren. The house met expectations and provided us with all amenities desired. The location was ideal with The Oasis Waterpark within walking distance and a Publix Supermarket within a 10 minute drive. Communication with Tom exceeded expectations! We definitely will be back!

Dream family vacation home in Orlando!

This was a wonderful house to stay at during our Orlando vacation with our family of 7. There was so much space for everyone to have their own room. Two beautiful master bedrooms with large en suite bathrooms. Everything looked modern and clean. The best part was the beautiful pool and hot tub which was heated from morning until night. Our host, Tom, was a pleasure to work with, always responding right away and very helpful. We will definitely want to come back!

Family Christmas Vacation

Our family travels to Florida quite regularly. We got together for a Family Christmas Trip and we booked this property way in advanced to ensure we found a good option. This was a GREAT option. We had 4 teens and 1 child amongst the group. The kids loved it. The games room and pool were used frequently. The house was spacious and it never felt like we were on top of each other. Everything we needed was there … even an artificial Xmas tree. Tom was a great host. He was accommodating, helpful and very responsive. On several evenings after long days at the parks we would enjoy the pool and hot tub. There is so much near the property and Champions Gate has so much on property. Would definitely recommend this property to others !

Great Family Vacation

Tom’s place is as listed. Fantastic. Plenty of space for larger groups though we only had 3 of us there. It is a 4 minute walk to the clubhouse. Tom is very quick to respond and eager to help. We had no issues during our stay and would absolutely book the house again.

Comfy family stay

We recently stayed for a week and can't say enough about the place. Did not disappoint. Kids loved the pool at the house and we enjoyed the spa especially after long days at the parks. Spacious rooms, clean etc. The ability to use the tail clubhouses was perfect for the days at home. Tom was very attentive to all our wisdoms questions or needs. Definitely recommend!

House is beautiful

The host was amazing! The house is beautiful with a few exceptions we had a great time and would come back . Definitely a spacious house we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. I recommend it !!

Wonderful stay in great location

Had a great two weeks staying at this lovely villa. Booking and check in process was excellent and the host quickly responded to all questions. Villa was large and comfortable with pool and all amenities needed for a great stay. Really convenient for visiting Disney World and other locations in Florida. Would highly recommend!

Amazing house and host

Was fantastic. Just wish there was a playground nearby. Otherwise the house had every thing we needed. High chairs, pack and plays, blankets, towels. Super clean and beautiful. The nicest host. So accommodating.

Amazing

No grab bars in any bathroom, no railing around pool no AC or Heat, only 3 of the 8 TV's worked . Talked to owner about tv remotes and he thought the remotes were not placed with the correct TV. Garbage desposal did not work on last day. 3 xbox controllers did not have batteries.

Family vacation

For our first family vacation this was an amazing experience. This house was beautiful and clean has everything you need our kiddos couldn’t get enough of the pool and the community pool we most definitely would return hopefully next year.

Fantastic holiday

We absolutely loved our stay - the house was clean inviting and perfectly located for the parks. The pool was a good size for our family and the house had plenty of room so two families sharing had their own space.. Tom was an attentive host and answered any query we had without hesitation. We would definitely stay again.
