Overall, our stay was great! We appreciate how spacious the home was, its location relative to the airport and theme parks, and owner Gwen's responsiveness. There were a few things that could use improvement, however. First, the booklet with information about the property was missing and unable to be found for the entirety of our stay. As a result, we had to reach out to Gwen for small things, like the internet login and checkout instructions, which we would otherwise not have had to. Second, there was only one roll of toilet paper provided for each bathroom, which ran out quickly considering the length of time and number of people staying at the property. Finally, because the property is owned by Gwen but managed by a secondary group, some arrangements, like adding heating to the pool for the week, got lost in communication and had to be reworked while on the property, which was stressful and time-consuming. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and thank Gwen for all of her support/assistance and for the lovely stay.

The host was very accommodating and the property exceeded our expectations. The large dining room table was a hit with our group. The projector for the theater did not work, and we were not provided with full rolls of toilet paper, so those things should be improved. I would definitely book this property again.

Check in process is a breeze and property manager had great communication. A couple of things in the property did not work like ahower heads and movie projector. No roaches but a couple of lil bugs

Their were a few issues pool screen had a hole and tore out on the bottom, we had to fix the TV in the living room the cables were in wrong and the theater room didn't work and the bedroom by the pool the shower head came off but other than that it was very clean and we had a good time.

Hmmmm

The first room was awesome second bedroom was awful the wood underneath the twin beds was broken, the shower head came completely off after turning the water on. Upstairs was amazing however one of the room doesn’t get much airflow.

Not Accurate

In short the listing description is wrong there is only 2 king beds, the carpet I wouldn’t let my dog lay on it. There is mold in several of the showers, the game room is only a pool table. The furniture has stains , this could be a wonderful home with some tlc , perks is the parking and location. I was accommodated for the description, VRBO was very helpful in this matter.

Great house for a large group.

Overall we had an amazing time at this rental. The house was large and very nice. A few reasons we did not give a 5 star review. First the description was not accurate for bed sizes. The online description on VRBO showed there was 6 King size beds, in actuality there are only 2 king beds. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms but the wrong description on beds can mess up a big group with couples. Second reason was the game room, has an awesome set up could be great, but when we got there the foosball table was broken. Also the pool table seemed to be lopsided so it made it tough to enjoy a game. Doesn't seem like the cleaning people had cleaned the area either as we found candy wrappers on the floow and spots on the floor were sticky. We hardly used the game room due to those reasons. Lastly, it seemed like half of the remotes for the tvs didnt work. Maybe the batteries were out, not sure, but some seemed like they were in the wrong room and caused some trouble to get the tvs to work. Other than those few problems the place was great and we really enjoyed the pool area.

Perfect place for family

It was comfortable. Space was perfect. I like tgat it enough bathrooms. Decor was on point. I like that the theme was not overwhelmingly disney theme. Pots are damaged and not sahe to use. We had to buu our own. This was brought to the representative's attention and she was apologetic and nice about it.It was a great stay overall and I would definitely stay there again.
