THE HOME

Some homes are just places to sleep. This one is where the vacation actually happens.

From the moment you walk in, you're welcomed by bright, open living spaces filled with natural light, plush furnishings, and the kind of easy, unhurried energy that makes everyone instantly relax. With 8 bedrooms and room for up to 20 guests, there's space for the whole crew — and then some.



FIRST FLOOR

The main living area is your gathering place — wide open, warmly decorated, and anchored by a large Smart TV perfect for movie nights after a long day at the parks. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a family breakfast or a full group dinner, and the dining area seats 16 comfortably, with extra spots at the breakfast bar for the early risers.

When you're ready for the outdoors, slide open the glass doors and let the Florida sunshine in. The covered lanai flows seamlessly into your private pool and spa — your own little oasis, completely secluded and yours alone.



SECOND FLOOR

Upstairs, a second lounge area gives the kids and teens their own space to hang out, stream, and unwind — which means the adults get the downstairs to themselves. Everyone wins.



THE GAME ROOM

Step into Wakanda. The custom-built game room is one-of-a-kind — designed and built to immerse your group in an experience you won't find anywhere else. Whether it's friendly competition or just a place to disappear into for hours, this room becomes everyone's favorite part of the house.

Eight thoughtfully designed bedrooms, each with comfortable beds dressed in soft quality linens, flat-screen TVs, and ensuite or nearby bathrooms. The themed rooms add a little extra magic for the younger guests:

THE LOCATION

Disney World and Universal Studios are just minutes away — close enough for a full day at the parks, easy enough to come back for an afternoon nap by the pool. Countless restaurants and shops are also nearby for whenever you need a night out.



IMPORTANT GUEST INFORMATION

• Parking

A maximum of 5 vehicles is permitted per reservation. Please ensure all vehicles comply with community regulations, you can park on the driveway, and there is also free street parking..



• Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM

Check-out is by 10:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee of $45 per hour, subject to availability.

If you need this service, please contact us in advance so we can check availability for you.



• Trash & Waste Disposal

All trash must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags and disposed of in the trash bins located at the front of the house.

Trash is collected every morning by HOA.



• Pool & Spa Heating (Optional)

Pool and hot tub heating is available for $35 per day.

We recommend requesting pool heat at least 3 days in advance for optimal temperature upon arrival.



• Grill Rental (Optional)

A 4-burner grill is available for $105 per week, including one full propane tank.

• Additional days: $15 per day

• Extra propane refill: $40



• Starter Supplies

We provide a starter supply of trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels.

For longer stays, guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed.



• Towels Policy

Bath towels are provided for indoor bathroom use only.

Pool towels provided at the home are for the private pool area only.

If you plan to visit the clubhouse pool, water park, beach, or other off-site locations, please bring your own towels from home.



• Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Please be respectful of neighbors and the surrounding community.
