🔒 Damage Protection Options

Option 1 — Damage Waiver: add a small one-time, non-refundable fee and minor accidental damage is covered.

Option 2 — Security Deposit: a refundable amount, released after check-out once the home has been checked (typically 2–14 days, depending on your card issuer).

🎥 Security Devices

Exterior cameras: front doorbell, driveway and side of the house. No interior cameras. One indoor noise sensor measures decibel levels only and never records audio.
