Villa familiar de lujo de 4 dormitorios en Guard Gated Solana Resort cerca de Disney

Ubicada dentro del popular Solana Resort, cerca del supermercado Publix y los restaurantes, esta casa de 4 dormitorios y 3 baños tiene capacidad para 8 personas y también se beneficia de una amplia gama de instalaciones del complejo y un parque infantil.

Ubicada en un solo nivel, nuestra hermosa y espaciosa villa cuenta con dos salas de estar y dos comedores. El comedor formal y la sala de estar al frente de la casa y conectados a la cocina es un rincón de desayuno y una sala familiar que da a la terraza de la piscina. La villa tiene aire acondicionado y tiene un dormitorio principal con baño en suite y un dormitorio principal junior con baño en suite. Las dos habitaciones dobles comparten un baño completo adicional. Todas las habitaciones tienen televisores además de la sala familiar.

El garaje se ha configurado como una sala de juegos con futbolín y mesas de billar.

Una de las grandes ventajas de Solana Resort es la seguridad que ofrece, ya que es una comunidad cerrada con guardia las 24 horas. No hay tránsito y las instalaciones del complejo se proporcionan exclusivamente para uso de los propietarios de las villas y sus invitados.

Super stay in Orlando

An amazing house, really spacious and great location for visiting the Disney parks. After a day at the parks it was lovely to come back and cool off in the pool or relax in the hot tub. A great family holiday and would definitely recommend this house - 5 stars!

An Amazing Experience

Our family had an awesome experience at Susan and Rick's property. It was a much shorter drive than we expected to Disney, and we spent our non-Disney days hanging out by the pool. The house had everything we needed plus more. We would definitely stay here again!

WONDERFUL PLACE TO STAY!!I

We take an annual vacation to Florida and always stay in a VRBO and this one is one of our favorites EVER! This year we brought our son and daughter in law with us and they loved it too!Oustanding level of communication and fast response time for any questions we had. Supernclean, well equiped kitchen and everything is in proper working order. Very nice gated community with security.The pool area was clean, completenwithbsome fun water toys and the lighting for night swimming was really cool!We would stay here again without hesitation. Summer Vacation

This one level home is spacious and inviting. With a family of 5 traveling we never used the formal living and dining room. My teenage son enjoyed hanging out in the family room with adjacent table. The rooms were decorated nicely and everything was clean and not cluttered. The pool was awesome with Hot tub. I spent everyday in the hot tub relaxing after a long day at the parks . The neighborhood was quiet and friendly and not far from attractions.

Great family house!

The house was very clean when we arrived. It was plenty of space for our family, and the kids loving having their own rooms. It was awesome to have our own pool to go to after spending the days at the parks. Communication with the owners was great before and during the visit. We all loved staying here!

Well what can I say this house is unbelievable the owners have thought of everything. Arrival was very quick and the security staff are very friendly. The house was spotless the pool and hot tub were just what you need after a day at the parks. I would highly recommend this property as everything is so easy to get to from here.

Great Vacation Home!!!

We had such a great time!!!! The house was very family friendly and in such a quiet neighborhood. The pool and hot tub made such an enjoyable way to wind down a day. It is in great proximity to anything you want to do. We went to Universal & Outlet Mall Shopping. I would DEFINITELY recommend this house.

Great house with lots of room

The house is a great size and had comfortable beds. We enjoyed the private pool and hot tub the most. The hosts were very responsive and helped us out right away with a couple of issues that arose while we were there. We realize this is a "self-serve" property, we just missed a few of the essentials like salt & pepper or spices in the kitchen. Overall, it was a great stay!

Great experience!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The property was very clean and close to Disney. We enjoyed the pool almost every day we were there. Communication with the property owners was excellent. We recieved fast response with every question we had. This was our first trip to Florida in many years and we have no regrets. We would highly recommend this property to others who are visiting Florida or going to Disney, especially those with larger families.

We loved this house! It was close to Disney and Universal which were are main targets for this stay. My girls loved the pool and hot tub. The house was big enough that we weren’t on top of each other and everyone had their own space. We received a message from the host midway through our stay to make sure we were enjoying the house and that everything was going okay, which was very thoughtful. This is a great family house!

House as advertised. Close to all attractions/shopping or stay and play at the pool or community center. Plenty for everyone to do. For those that like to cook, it was nice to find a house with decent cookware and sharp knives. And if you get the opportunity you can see Space Coast rocket launches from the back yard. Would definitely stay again.
