Sleeping Arrangements

With five generously sized bedrooms, there’s room for everyone to unwind. The master bedroom, located downstairs, features a comfortable queen bed perfect for two guests. Upstairs, the themed bedrooms bring a touch of magic to your stay, with rooms like "Star Wars" offering two single beds for two guests and "Mickey" with a twin-over-queen bunk bed, accommodating three. Two additional King bedrooms, “King A” and “King B,” each with a king-sized bed, sleep two guests in each. Every bedroom promises a restful night’s sleep, allowing you to recharge for another fun-filled day.



Bathrooms

The home offers 4.5 bathrooms, ensuring everyone has ample space to prepare for the day or unwind after an adventure. Some of the bedrooms have private en-suite bathrooms, while others share the home's well-appointed common bathrooms. Each bathroom includes essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hot water, providing everything you need for a refreshing start to the day.

Getting Around:

Enjoy peace of mind in this gated resort community, where you can feel completely at home. The driveway can fit up to three vehicles parked side by side.



Please note that the garage has been transformed into a game room, so indoor parking is not available.



Other Things to Note:

Your vacation home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest, with our team committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



All reservations require damage protection, processed via our third-party system before arrival:

- 1-Night stays: $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, released after a damage-free checkout inspection).

- 2+ Night stays: Choose between the $500 refundable deposit or a non-refundable $20/night damage waiver (max $100), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear.

Note: Deposit holds expire after 7 days. For longer stays, the hold is released on day 6 and re-authorized to keep coverage continuous.



Welcome to your spacious, luxury retreat in the prestigious Windsor at Westside resort community in Kissimmee, Florida. Perfect for large families and groups, this 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home accommodates 11 guests and offers a premium stay just a short drive from Orlando’s top attractions.



Check-out is at 10 AM. Housekeeping is scheduled immediately after check-out to prepare the home for incoming guests. Late check-outs can impact cleaning schedules and may result in a fee of up to $300.



As a self-catering home, we do not restock supplies during your stay. Each bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a single roll of toilet paper. The laundry room provides detergent pods for up to two loads, and the kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a few trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. A coffee maker is provided, though coffee is not. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please notify us upon check-in so we can replenish supplies.



For your safety and privacy, a Ring camera is installed by the front door.



Pool heating is a paid amenity, charged daily for the entirety of the stay. If you would like to add pool heating (AND/OR hot tub heat in case the property has one) to your reservation, please kindly let us know within 48 hours of booking and at least ONE WEEK prior to check-in date, and we will arrange to set that up for you.
