The place was good to stay and theres water park & etc to do for kids any age! Target , Panda, dollar general 5 minutes away to drive also food world truck 10 minster away ! We definitely still will come back.

Both bathrooms were falling apart. Shower needed to be refinished I was told and it wasn’t actually dirty. Looks like they have some repairs pending as we were told. The property it’s within was nice and family oriented. The beds were comfortable and clean. Kitchen was fairly well stocked with plates, cups, utensils. Pull out sofa was broken. Owner said refund if we wanted to go elsewhere. Not exactly what you want to hear. It was basically we know things are unacceptable and and we’re going to fix them. Doesn’t help us on our trip does it? Would have been a huge hassle to leave.

Roaches

When i got to the unit VRBO gave me the wrong code for the door so i had to contact the host and wait for him to reply after driving 3 hrs and pulling in around 1030. We unpacked our stuff and went to bed. I woke up around 330 to get a drink and killed 3 german roaches. I messaged the owner at 8 am when i woke up and did not hear back for hrs and only because i called VRBO and they called the owner. He did not have a solution just an apology which the apology was fine. This morning while i was packing i killed another roach. German roaches are very bad and spread quickly. I had to get bug killer from the store when I got home put all our stuff in a garbage bag and treat it. I am very unhappy with my stay here. The 2 little things in the pic that are circled are babies.

Disappointed

Overall the place was fine. Pictures depict a much bigger water park but it was enjoyable. The condo is in need of some repairs from obvious water damage under both bathroom sinks. Communication was lacking. I did not receive check in instructions and when I asked about it I was told it was sent to me and would be sent again the day before arrival. I felt like a bother. Putting this stuff aside. We had a good time and enjoyed our stay.

Upkeep

The washer had a terrible mold smell that permeated the upstairs and upon inspection it had mold under rubber at front of washer, fire alarm in livingroom the batteries went out and we were asked to get it down and remove batteries so no alarm while we were there. The shower door upstairs was loose.We love the location. Cabinets are really starting to deteriorate so for the money updates would be nice.

Can't wait to come back!

My family and I enjoyed ourselves to the fullest. The accommodations were more then we expected. My son has already asked if we could come back and I have already started planning to come back in February 2026.

Exceeded Expectations!

I was not sure what to expect based on the reviews. Pictures looked really nice but the earlier reviews made me nervous. Owner must have made several updates recently as carpet seemed newer, walks were clean and freshly painted, all surfaces were clean, refrigerator and dishwasher are new, tile floor was shiny and clean. Bathrooms were clean. Furniture was in great shape and nice. My wife and I thought the beds were really comfortable. Sheets and pillows were nice and clean. There was plenty of pots, pans and plates.Pictures were all nice. Disney theme throughout was appreciated. Location nest water park was awesome. The pool was big, great temperature and clean. The last river was so awesome. Beautiful landscaping throughout. Loved the waterfall and other features. Foam at night in the splash pad was a fun surprise. The pool hours going to 11pm each night was amazing. The hot tub was nice but could use some oversight due to kids and trashy people hanging out unsupervised. Nice looking hot tubs. The bar and eatery by the pool could definitely use more staff. One cook bar tender all week. The food was good/fair priced. The slides were really fun. The rules are ridiculous (no zipper swim shorts or buttons, no sun glasses on or in pocket, no swim googles, no rings) they told me to take my wedding band off. I refused and the life guard didn’t press the issue. Recommend: 1) upgrade BR cabinets, 2) upgrade tub upstairs, it was a bit rough, 3) hangers for towelsThanks Luis!

Excellent rental for us

Family of 4, stayed at resort before, but first time in this unit. It was great, close to pool, very clean, well stocked.Needed to buy some washcloths, unit came with pool towels and bath towels. Not a big deal, walmart, target food shopping close by.

Great location

This is a great resort, close to shopping and restaurants. Very easy drive to the Disney parks. The condo was clean and very close to the pool area. Plenty of parking right in front of the condo. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, plates, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, etc. They did supply one roll of paper towels, one roll of TP for each bathroom and one dishwasher pod, but no laundry detergent or shampoo. With staying a week, a couple dishwasher pods and enough laundry detergent to wash at least one load of towels would be nice. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely stay again!

Mini vacation

The property was kid friendly. My kids age arrange from 17 ,12 ,9 Lots of stuff to do from basketball to golf to volleyball, pool waterpark and things for adults too. We enjoyed our stay we will come back again. Great experience. and video arcade

This place has potential

This condo definitely has potential! Unfortunately I did give it a 3 star because it needs a lot of updates and it didn’t look like the pictures on the listing. There were some light and outlets that didn’t work but I had great communication with the host and they did offer to fix it but it wasn’t a huge deal for it to be fixed while we were there. The bathroom cabinets had water damage on them and definitely needed to be replaced. The carpet definitely needs to be replaced and the rugs, they both had stains and felt dirty. The couch in the living room was very uncomfortable and had a odor. The condo also had a very moist musty odor throughout which worried me about mold growing. The sheets had hair all over them so I had to rewash them. If the condo was updated and had a deep clean I would definitely rebook with them but with little children it was just not super clean for them to play on the floor/carpet with their toys. The location was great and the resort/pool was pretty clean and the kids had a blast there.

Great place for family fun

We had a great experience! Luis and Tati were awesome. Very responsive when needed. Their place was cute and cozy. The location was great and easy to find.

Nice condo but needs a deep cleaning especially carpet and carpet on the stairs. The condo is close to the pool and lazy river.

Rough shape

Luis was very helpful prior to the trip and we had no issues with him or the check-in process at all. The townhome was right across the street from the community pool, which was very helpful. The pool itself was great for our young kids and the bar/restaurant there was also very convenient. The people inside the resort front desk were kind and helped us get a ride to Disney using their service. The location to the theme parks was convient, as well. I am giving very low marks due to the condition of the townhome itself. The pictures in the listing are close to accurate for those small areas, but everywhere else was falling apart and/or unkempt. There were scratches on the walls, very dusty areas, and extremely old/dingy carpet. The kitchen did not have any essentials other than plates, cups, and a few pots and pans. I think it was very overpriced for what was advertised. We would not stay here again.

Fantastic getaway

We live in Florida, but wanted a weekend getaway with a lazy river. This was perfect. Great location. Felt safe. Super easy to get to places like Old Town or Food Truck World. The unit was a quick 2 minute walk to the lazy river. Quiet and relaxing.

Overall place is exactly how it looks online. The process for checking was horrible

The towels smelled bad, the bed needs to be updated it’s horrible, the Coffee machine didn’t work. It has mold all outside on patio and smelled like mold. The park closed early due to weather and the host didn’t allow for the kids to take part for a few hours next day even tho we stood outside trying to get in for over an hour which took time from the kids. It wasn’t a number to call the host just message. I had to contact Vrbo for assistance.

Summer Trip

We enjoyed our stay at the resort. Everything was good, lovely decor, some minor maintenance would be required such as shower handle, cleaner carpets, cleaner broom/mop. Kids loved the pool area & amenities. Overall place was nice.

Very convenient and affordable.

It was a great location and we really enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would recommend is making sure the bed linen is clean and the master bedroom bed needs fixed. Otherwise great for the price.
