Overall the house was modern, clean, beautiful, and well-appointed. The bedding was very comfortable. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, accross from the clubhouse. Would stay again!You are given the basics to get you through your 1st day. You buy your own toilet paper, paper towels and laundry detergent. Dish soap, a sponge, a few garbage bags, 2 dishwasher pods, & pump hand soap were provided in the kitchen. Our only complaint really was with the check in. Upon arrival security said our names weren't on the check in list. I called and texted the host with little response. I called VRBO to help ressolve the issue and they were able to contact the host. Advice: triple check and confirm your name is added to the security gate's list. We also could have used some of the resort amenities before the house was ready for check in but that wasn't communicated to us until the check in instructions were sent at 4 pm check in time. Ask ahead if you can use the resort amenities prior to checking into the house.The resort pool/splash pad were nice. The clubhouse had a little shop w/the basics, souvenirs, a small restaurant/bar, a theater room w/ scheduled movies and an arcade.We had our own private pool but the pool area could have used a bit of cleaning and updating especially the screened in cage and cushions/pillows were moldy. The host check out instructions were different than what was posted on the fridge. A bit confusing.
