Home was nice, but it wasn't to my standards of clean, and I didn't expect it to be, but it was very neat, and decorated very nice, just like the online pictures showed. I was not happy when I called the property manager host, on my arrival day, around 1pm and asked If I could go into the unit, at 2pm instead of before 4pm, to just change into my swimming suit to use the pool, since I just came from a long flight from the West Coast, and she told me no. I told her it was just me, and all I wanted to do was put my 1 suitcase into the unit and change into my swimsuit. Nothing would be used. She told me no, but that she could allow me in at 3pm. When I went to the unit at 3pm, my key did not work, and I had to call her again, and she eventually got my code to work to get into the unit, to change my clothes. It was a hassle, and I would not stay there again, based on the fact they could not accomdate my simple (didn't cost them anything) request. I got there on a late Tuesday afternoon, and the parking lot was empty, and the condo maintenance guy, said it was a really slow week for the condo rentals, and hardly anyone there.I left the unit alot cleaner than when I went into it, but because they chose to not accomodate my request of going into the unit at 2pm, that Tuesday, instead of 4pm, to change my clothes. I thought that was really bad customer service. And because of that, I would never stay at this unit again.
