Clean and roomy home-base for Disney!

The property was clean and roomy, it worked great for our family as a home-base for Disney. Be sure the read the guest book when you arrive - it has a great tip for avoiding traffic into the parks.

The townhouse is very clean. We only used the master bedroom and the bed was comfortable. The photos on the listing are an accurate representation of the townhouse. The area was quiet. We have stayed at Emerald Isle Resort a number of times and enjoy its easy access to the parks. The master shower was malfunctioning on our arrival and management response was very quick. The issue was resolved to our satisfaction.

Plenty of room. Easy to get to WDW

The property was SO clean. Really made me feel good about staying there. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We were very close to Animal Kingdom(5 minutes) and about 20 from Epcot and MK. Very easy to Uber around to everything.

A Great Getaway From Winter Weather

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions or requests that we had. Check in was very quick and easy. Emerald Island is a beautiful resort and I enjoyed morning walks each day.

Nice unit, easy walk to community pool.

Great property, just as pictured! Very clean, plenty of towels for bath AND pool! Vania reached out to check on us and was VERY responsive to any questions we had. Our stay was lovely, but renters need be aware that thermostat stays 72-78. In evenings the upstairs gets VERY warm and feels like the AC never turns on, so be prepared to sleep with a fan blowing at night (which are provided). Also to note, the location of the condo is a quick walk to the main pool, which we enjoyed. However, it sits below Street level, so anyone walking by can see directly in your unit! We resolved to keep the curtains drawn most of the time, so no natural light during our stay All else was great.

Great stay

Will be returning awesome stay and easy to understand notes. Key card is an additional 20 bucks but nothing out there that made this stay terrible. Good experience all around

Wonderful location to everything.

The property was very inviting from the beginning. We enjoyed our time at both of the pools ( salt water pools) on the property, it was cool outside when we were there but the pools are heated and felt great. Our place was close to numerous restaurants and only 4-5 miles from the Walt Disney, making for a quick commute to them. The beds were very comfortable and the condo was very clean when we arrived. I will be booking again for next year.

Snow birds like!

We spent almost 2 months here! We enjoyed every day! The townhouse was spacious, clean and comfortable. Everyone that we spoke to, whether it was the owner or clubhouse employees were very pleasant and helpful. This is in an ideal position to restaurants, shops and other activities. The pool is heated! We made arrangements to come back next year. We look forward to staying again.

Clean, Quiet, Convenient and Safe

This was a great place to stay. First off the communication was excellent. I loved the gated community. It was quiet and felt very safe and secure. The area is a good area and not run down. I'm very picky on cleanliness and it lived up to my expectations. It was stocked well for all your cooking needs. It will sleep 7 comfortably. The main bedroom had a balcony with 2 chairs. 2 full baths upstairs. Well stocked with towels. It came with a starter set of trash bags. dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels and travel bar soap and shampoo. The pool was a short walk as well as the free putt putt. The pool area was very clean. If your a drinker the tiki bar at the pool was nice and had bar chairs around it.. We did not rent bikes from the neighborhood. Althought, they had 4 adult bikes to rent. I would recommend renting them in Celebration. They have children, adult and children's carts on bikes. Beautiful area for bike riding.if you stay here the neighborhood is 15 min to Disney parking lots. Grocery stores and many restaurants are within 5 miles. Walmart was a couple miles. They have the cheapest Disney souvenirs. The freeway was also close and easily accessible. Depending on traffic MCO airport was 23 to 40 min drive. I would stay here again without question. The host were great. Highly recommended.

Good experience- only complaint really is that we were unable to set the thermostat to our liking. The coolest it would allow was 72 degrees.

Clean, convenient with lots of extras

We loved having 3 bedrooms and 2+ baths. The house was convenient to stores and restaurants but just off the beaten path. The house had the basics covered but also offered more bedding, dishes, towels, etc. to make it feel like a home and not just a rental. Great communication with the owner and property manager. We loved our stay.

Review

The house was just as listed. The owners were very responsive and very accommodating. The house was very neat, clean and comfortable. The only item we were disappointed with had more to do with the grounds. While the entrance is beautiful , it didn’t quite match the tidiness of the rest of the grounds. The clubhouse pool was very small and the hot tub wasn’t working a couple days we were there. It has a good location and is close to restaurants and shops. Thank you.

The property was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed where we stayed. My complaint is the gate to get in. It was always backed up. Also, the staff at the check in office was not very polite and courteous.
