Have fun with your whole family at this Fully Renovated pool home with in the heart of Orlando`s tourist attractions, with only 15 mins drive to Disney and 30 mins to Universal Studio. The home boosted with brand new kitchen, high end appliances, spacious bedrooms with king size beds, as well as in-ground fenced pool and air conditioned game room. Laminate floor throughout with No carpet. This Disney Villa will be the place for you and your family to have comfortable stay and enjoyable memory.

Home is fully renovated and well maintained, you will have comfortable stay with open concept kitchen and remodelled bathroom.

Daily Pool Heating is $30 per day charged for entire stay, we do not keep a BBQ grill on site, if requested we can arrange a rental for you. For safety reason, BBQ can only be used outside the swimming cage area side of the house.

It`s NOT allowed to use this house for ANY kind of events like parties, meetings, conferences, commercial activities. If you plan a party, this house is NOT recommended for you.

If you want the pool heated, it`s very easy, we will send you a payment request for that.
Important note: Pool heat is setup on 88F but temperature is not guaranteed because its dependable on outside weather.

A/C (cooling) guests can adjust between 72F-80F.

Washer and Dryer are available for reasonable use - extreme use beyond normal household needs will be charged at the management`s discretion.

Guest can rent a clean BBQ 100/stay up to one week with a full propane tank - ask for detail.

We provide a small starter kit for all reservations regardless of the length of stay, which includes:
1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
1 hand soap per bathroom
1 shampoo and 1 conditioner per bathroom
1 sponge in the kitchen
1 dishwasher soap in the kitchen
1 paper towel in the kitchen
1 laundry detergent
2 extra garbage bag
Guests are welcome to bring along any extra supplies they might need, as our starter kit includes only the essentials to get you settled in.
Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. bath towels will be at least 2 towels each bedroom and no beach towel provided, please note that washcloths are not included, as they are considered personal items.
