The theme of the house was awesome, each room is well decorated, the checkin process with security was a breeze and the house is on a dead end street without virtually no traffic!

The location of the house was great!!! It was near a lot of things to do and see for all ages. The house was very clean. The hostess was very polite and responded very quickly to any questionsI had. Great for family and friends. Lots of room and very spacious I would recommend this house to family and friends. The only thing I wish was better would be the heat for the hot tub and pool. But other than that, we had a great time and I would like to say thank you to the hostess for answering my questions no matter what time it was.

Over charging fees

The stay was enjoyable overall though we found blood stain on one of the headboards,broken towel holder, spiders under some beds and clothes tags/ dirt on the floors/ on the hocky game. We were also charged 2 pet fees (which is fine we had 2 dogs) but then charged a cleaning fee and took my deposit for pet fees/cleaning fee. I have never had to pay double pet/cleaning fees when taking my pets. They also statedthere were stains on sheets that were there when we arrived. Reminder its 40 per night to use the heat in the jacuzzi. The pool had some bugs in it when we got there also and another charge if you want to use the girl. Ive added a couple photos below.

Huge beautiful home

We visited Orlando for a Disney world trip with a big group of family. House was big and beautiful with plenty of space for everyone. Lots to do, hot tub, movie room, game room. The only bad part was there were not enough towels. The plumbing was also kind of spotty and multiple toilets had occasional issues with flushing. Also when cleaning up the last day we jad 2-3 bags of trash and the outside bin only had room for one trash bag which is crazy when this home can fit 16 people.

Highly recommended for all ages.

The house was very nice and we will definitely rent the property again. The kids loved the pool and game room. The only issue was the air conditioner downstairs didn't keep the main level cool and it was stuffy alot of the time. We did notify the host and they sent someone twice to change the batteries in the wall unit, but it didn't help. Other then that, everything was really nice. The subdivision was very secure and we felt safe at all times. I would highly recommend.

Great Experience, start to finish.

Everything was as it was described. The house was clean, amazing with a string attention to detail. Just the right amount of space for personal times and to bring everyone together. Wish there were more washcloths, bath towels and trash bags for 11 people but it worked out OK. Alberto has been a pleasure to work with. He kept in touch with me from the beginning and worked out the one issue we had in a quick fashion. Thanks guys! will definitely look to rent at your properties again.

Exactly as advertised!

We had a wonderful time visiting. This property is just as advertised. Everything is clean and working and the living space is huge! Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting this area.

Outstanding

We rented this home for our annual golf trip to Orlando. This was by far the simplest easiest transaction from booking through check out that we have ever encountered. Everyone raved about the house, furnishings and location. The kitchen was fully stocked, and we mean fully right down to the salt and pepper. Toiletries in the bath was a nice added touch. Management staff was readily available and made you feel like family. Would not hesitate to rent this home again. Absolutely superb. Thanks again.

Fun for the new year

This place was exactly like it was described. I was a little worried because the pictures made it look amazing and I thought that I was being scammed, but I was wrong. The villa, gated community, and access to the Oasis Club was great. Our favorite room in the villa was the theater. We watched all of the Bowl games over new year. I would recommend this to anyone going to the Orlando area.

Great place for large family!

House was amazing. The kids loved the game room and theater room. Loved the large kitchen space. The pool was actually heated as it stated. Have stayed at places before where they said pool was heated but was still cold. Overall fantastic experience.

Don’t hesitate to book - it’s just as amazing as it looks!

From start to finish - our experience was amazing! The pictures don’t lie - the house is just as jaw dropping in real life. The house was immaculately clean. The A/C kept everyone inside super comfy. Having two thermostats to control each floor was nice. The kitchen was fully stocked - with everything needed to make breakfast, lunch and dinner - even smoothies!!! There’s plenty of plates, glasses and silverware for a full house. Logging onto the TVs was easy enough - and so great to set a date when to automatically log you out. Each bedroom is stocked with pillows and blankets to keep you comfortable. The bathrooms have plenty of towels and toilet paper - a great touch that they even have make up wash cloths! The backyard/patio is very comfortable. A great view of the golf course. The pool and spa were very convenient and provided for lots of fun in the sun. We ventured over to the community pool with the lazy river and slide - it’s a popular spot, for good reason. Go early to snag chairs and space or go closer to dinner time when it starts to clear out. The management company was very responsive when we needed help finding a remote. The response time was practically immediate. We highly recommend this rental. It’s got all of the amenities you could hope for plus the comfort and cleanliness of feeling like you’re home. No detail went unattended to with the decor, functionality, and comfort. Excellent excellent vacation!
