Disappointed
Our stay was incredibly disappointing from the moment we arrived.The door code didn’t work, the WiFi was down, the door code for the detached apartment didn’t work and the patio was littered with cigarette butts. The house was advertised to sleep 12 people, there were only five forks! I emailed the host three times before our stay to confirm that both the pool and hot tub were in working order, as they were the main reason we booked. We arrived to find the hot tub jets not working, and though we reported the issue, it was never fixed. Worse, the hot tub’s heat wasn’t functioning, and it took a day and a half for a repairman to show up. After that, the pool became scalding hot, over 100 degrees. It remained unusable for days. When we finally had one day at Disney, the pool was at a reasonable temperature, but when we returned, it was too hot again. Throughout our stay, communication was abysmal. I received nothing but generic, AI responses.. I had to send multiple follow-ups before getting any response, and there was no proactive communication from the host. I emailed the host requesting a refund and was nickel-and-dimed, starting with a 10% offer, which I found insulting. Ended up with 800 refund which they called 50% but that didn't include the over 1300 in host fees, taxes, service fees. I've stayed at many Reunion properties and have ever had issues this bad. Renter beware!
