Good:Video games are real arcade style!Bedrooms are very clean and comfortable!Hot tub worked great!Lots of comfortable seating!This is a high tech home, with Alexa controlling everything!Theater was fantastic!Not so good:No outdoor kitchen, just a grill in the yard.Kitchen pans are so bad, we bought new ones.Electronics are confusing, sometimes we wished there were just a switch.Very little soap provided, make sure you bring some, also bring towels.Two door knobs fell off, dryer door handle came off.In general, the house needs some repairs, but my family loved it and wants to stay there again next year! We have 17 in our extended family, and this house easily accommodated! I do recommend picking a week other than the EDC (Electric Daisy Carnival), lots stay in this subdivision for that and make lots of noise all night long!
We had a Hibachi guy come in and make dinner for us! Happy Hibachi company

Our extended family stayed together at Wahid’s home and we had a wonderful time! The home is beautiful. We had ages ranging from adults to infants and it was perfect for all. The teens loved the games as and the movie room. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Wahid was a wonderful host and responded promptly to any questions we had. We highly recommend the Gemstone House!

A nice place to relax great for family reunions

The home has a lot that you can do inside and gives everyone from children to adults something to do. The home was provided with many comforts. Wahid was a great host and was always available to provide any needs we had.

Family Reunion Vacation

Our group consisted of 3 siblings getting together with our children/grandchildren for a family reunion vacation. Our host was very thorough and met us at the house for instructions with the smart technology, etc. We had 19 total in our group, including 5 kids ranging from 1 to 11 and they really enjoyed the pool, theatre room, game room, etc. The house was well stocked for cooking and family meals. Wahid was quick to respond with any questions/issues and was great to work with. This house worked very well for our group, and we would book from Wahid again, if we would get together in the Orlando/Kissimmee area.

Wonderful House and host

We had 10 adults and 11 kids (0-7) and the house was perfect. The space upstairs and on the main level was great. Wahid is a fantastic host and has decorated and outfitted the house with just the right vibe and functionality. I’d recommend this house and Wahid to anyone. We will be back!!!

Bridal Party House

Me and my husband rented this property for our bridal party to stay the week of the wedding. We did countless research and after far too many rooms decorated in Mickey and princesses we landed on the gemstone house. And let me tell you. I watched the videos on YouTube. I examined the layout and knew where everything was and how nice everything looked. But I was blown away when I walked in.Somehow Wahid made it nicer than I could have ever expected. From the beds reclining and being soft like a cloud. To the patio having tables that slide out to hold even more people. It was the details in each and every room that won over my heart. I amSo thankful me and my bridal party were able to stay in this amazing house and I am already planning on returning. Thank you Wahid for not just having every spice in the cabinet. Or plastic plates/cups for outside and glass for inside, or having a bidet in EVERY bathroom. But thank you for making a home away from home for everyone who stays here.

Great place for a reunion

We had a reunion of all adults from around the US. 14 of us stayed there with plenty of space to spare. It would have perfect for kids but we chose to take this trip with only adults. The house was just as it looked online. We loved it. There is parking space for 7 cars. That wasn’t on the listing but that’s how many fit.

Perfect for large family stays

We had a fantastic stay at this property with our large family of 28, ranging from 1 to 78 years old. The house was spacious and perfect for accommodating everyone comfortably. We especially enjoyed the theater room, the large kitchen, and the open living room, which were perfect for family gatherings. The location was ideal, close to all the Disney parks, making our trip even more enjoyable. The host was a great communicator and quick to address any concerns. While the cleaning team initially missed a few spots, and we were short on towels, the host promptly sent the cleaning team back and provided fresh towels, which we appreciated. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would definitely consider coming back for another family getaway!

Amazing find

The house has everything imaginable to make the stay enjoyable. When the weather was not cooperating there were plenty of entertainment options on the property. Would definitely rent again. Property owner was very helpful throughout the booking process-checkout.

Perfect stay!

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place for our family to stay for our Disney Christmas vacation. The house had plenty of space for all 13 of us. We even lost each other sometimes. The heated pool was great for our grandson and the hot tub was a hit too. The location was in close proximity to the parks and to shopping also. Wahid was so helpful and was quick to respond to any questions or things that came up during our stay. We will most definitely stay here again!!

Perfect House

This house offered more then we expected, there was more then enough room and activities for the kids and the adults. The arcade games really brought out our inner kid side. The just was awesome, he made sure we had everything we needed and aaa only a phone call or text away. If i could give 100 stars I most definitely would.

A Flawless family trip

First off Wahid was a more than a Great Host! So personable, friendly, and genuinely enthusiastic about us enjoying the home. We had about 22 people stay in the home comfortably. The pool and hot tub was awesome and warm. The grill with propane cooked perfectly. The cabinet was stocked with seasonings which I appreciated. We will be renting again, very soon.

Perfect for Family Vacations!

My family absolutely loved this property and appreciated having their own bathrooms. The two refrigerators helped out alot, as well as the two laundry rooms. The theater is very cozy and has plenty of seats. The pool was very clean and our kids had so much fun in the pool! The owner Wahid is very nice and was very attentive to our needs. We all had such a great time, we will book again with the Gemstone House!

Business Gathering- Fantastic Property!

Came here for a business conference with co-workers. An amazing property and exactly as described. Wahid is a highly attentive host and prepared to assist at any hour of the day or night. He is expressly clear about this policy and wants to make the stay great. So many bedrooms, each with amenities, tv’s and bathrooms. We had a chef and bartender for a dinner. There was much in the way of cookware and accommodations for a small function. Thanks again to Wahid for all of the attention and concern for our stay! We’ll come again to the Gemstone House

Wow!

We stayed here for a week with friends and family. What a house! So much space for everyone to spread out. The game room was a huge bonus. The arcade games were a blast! The house was as advertised. I spent lots of time in the enormous theater room watching college basketball. There were no major issues or concerns. The owner, Wahid was very responsive and always willing to assist. We travel to this area 1-2 times a year and have never felt the need to rent the same house twice, but since staying in The Gemstone house we might rethink this moving forward.
