Positives… house was clean and staged nicely. Ac was great, so glad we heated the pool. The hot tub heats when bubblers are on and also overflows into the pool. There was plenty of utensils and dishes. We loved the pool table and pinball machine. Be sure to put air on 30 minutes before …it gets hot in the garage. Location was lovely and even though the houses are so close together we had so much privacy at the pool. Loved walking the neighborhoods and loved that it was a gated property. The cons…. The pool furniture is uncomfortable if you are pregnant or larger be careful it is rickety, the grill is a joke, towels are a plenty but small, there was not a sheet pan or a pitcher. BIGGEST COMPLAINT… it says we didn’t have access to water park or golf…what that means is you have NO access to pickleball, tennis,golf cart rentals , gym, mini golf. You can have a golf cart delivered and picked up off site. We used Tee Time Golf Carts and Kenny was great and the prices amazing! You have access to some community pools and restaurants. This was very deceiving. We were ok with no golf access and no waterpark, but were really looking forward to pickle ball and mini golf with our kids. Other rentals do offer access to all FYI. Great weather.

Nice house in reunion

House was great. In reunion resort so you can book tee times at the private resort courses. Went for a buddy golf trip and it was just what we needed

Worn & Dirty Furniture, upstairs carpet FILTHY, Old Pics on listing, Not what we expected

The location and home was nice but a lot of the furniture was very worn and dirty and some stuff was not even in working order. I’d be happy to provide images. The comforter in the upstairs master bedroom was filthy. I had to remove it, swap out the sheets and cover with only sheets at night. The couches are very dirty, stained and worn and we’ve had to cover them with sheets so that would feel comfortable sitting on them. The pool light was never fixed even though we were told someone would be out to fix it. Even after they said a tech came out, which we never saw anyone come, it was never fixed which was a bummer because we couldn’t enjoy the pool that we paid additional fee to have heated in the evening. The outdoor light near the grill is out so when BBQ’ing at night there’s not enough lighting. Luckily there was a flash light here that we were able to use while cooking dinner last night. Yes we had to hold up a flashlight while trying to grill at the same time. The cable was not in service for 2 days because it appears the bill hadn’t been paid. We called direct TV and they said the account owner needed to call to make the account current. The tv in the living room has a blue tint, a box of distorted color(needs to be replaced) and did not have a Roku like the other TVs. The dining chairs are dirty and stained. The floors in the dining room area were not properly swept or cleaned upon our arrival as there were visible crumbs of food on the floor. The can opener does not work. The dart board only has one working dart and does not turn on. That is pointless to list on the house amenities because you cannot play with one dart and it not working. The LG smart inverter AC also does not heat up in the garage. It just stays on preheating mode. We tried multiple times however the heat never kicked on (does not work). There’s also damage behind the front door that appears to have been patched previously but a door stopper is needed to prevent this from continuing to happen. There were 2 visible holes in the wall where the knob hit the wall. We were really expecting a better experience. The images provided on the booking site must have been taken a really long time ago because the furniture looks nothing like the pics. Strongly recommend the pictures on the listing be updated, as the current ones are not the reality. Lastly, there was only 1 trash can outside to put trash in which was full after 2 days.

Disappointed

Door code instructions didn't work on arrival, back patio door alarm didn't have a delay as stated and we couldn't open the door without waking up the house, maintenance refused to come fix it. Paid for heated pool; instructions say to turn the know and wait..we did this, it never worked. On day three we found a second knob inside, which then worked. Instructions should say that there are two knobs and give the location, Floors were dirty with food from previous stays, counters were dirty, patio table had sticky film. Pool was extremely dirty, they came the second day and did a poor job of cleaning it. Several lights out including; bathroom vanities, pool, patio, shower. No pot for the regular coffee maker, kitchen has no standard items like salt, pepper, cooking spray, etc. Pinball machine would not work. They don't let you turn the air under 72 but you also can't keep the patio doors open due to the alarm. They agreed to turn it down but only for the first day. Rooms missing remotes. Not all the trash cans had bags. They require you to wash the towels but only give you one pack of soap. Overall, this is a beautiful house but it is not well taken care of and the instructions given to guests are not aligned with what guest must actually do. We lost time and experiences due to poor management of the property and Guest Services had very little interest in helping us. We will not stay here again.

Gorgeous Resort and Spacious House

We travelled to Orlando for a national sports tournament, this house was very spacious and 4/5 bedrooms with on suite bathrooms was fantastic. The resort is very, very nice and the community is extremely well kept. The reasons I did not give this property a 5 star was due to the first couple days being very rough… the A/C was not working so the first night was 90 degrees and humid in the house, almost impossible to sleep. I was texting with property management and finally day 2 they sent a repair man out to fix the A/C. All amenities on the resort property require a digital Key Card to enter, no key cards were left in the spot advertised… after day 3 we finally connected with resort office to receive these digital keys. There was no pool light working, and the game room is not air conditioned as it’s in the garage, so it was unusable due to the extreme summer heat inside the garage.

Disappointed for the Price

This was our 3rd stay at Reunion and unfortunately our worst experience. The pool lights didn't work and I made two requests (right when we arrived and halfway through our stay) requesting they come fix it but nobody ever came. I also called and requested passes to the main clubhouse (they were supposed to be in the house but weren't) but those were never delivered, either. These feel like caviar complaints but when paying for a family vacation I would have expected more. In addition to the pool lights and the passes (my kids wanted to swim at night and play at the main club house) many of the light bulbs were burnt out in the house, there were no staples like salt and pepper, the ice maker didn't work, the right side of the pinball machine was broken, the electronic dart board didn't work because there were no tips on the darts, etc.) The pool was also dirty when we arrived. Disappointed.

Fabulous rental experience all around

From the first call for information until we closed the door, the property managers, GreenWay Property Mgt and Vacation Rentals, and Kim in particular were at the top of their game!! A++ It was important to me to know that someone cared, not only about booking our reservation, but also making sure it met our expectations! Kim clearly did, starting with the booking, including follow up information, a wellness call to the property to check that we were OK, and follow-up on a weather related pool issue they had no control over. The property itself was perfect for 10 of us, especially ensuite bathrooms, and a great room that allowed us to converse no matter what we were doing. As we were 55+, the room decor was very tasteful and no couple had a "princess room" although kids would still love this property. The pool was fabulous as we spent lots of time in the pool or spa. The temperatures were perfect with pool heat in April. We brought two pool floats that made for very relaxed conversations. We stayed Fri-Fri and only went out a couple of nights, cooking special meals, along with TopGolf as an activity one day! Perfect vacation for a 91 year old with her four kids and spouses from across the country. The property was a true blessing!
