We returned home a week ago from what we hoped would be a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. While the property itself was beautifully decorated and quite nice, our experience was unfortunately overshadowed by the poor service we received from Wonder Vacations.On the very first night, we returned to the home to find that the air conditioning had stopped working. With outdoor temperatures reaching 95 degrees, the interior of the home quickly became unbearable. We immediately reached out to both VRBO and Wonder Vacations and were told that an after-hours technician had been contacted. Unfortunately, no one ever showed up that night.We spent the entire evening in extreme discomfort, unable to sleep due to the heat. When we finally spoke to someone the following morning, we tried to explain what had happened and how distressing the night had been. To our dismay, we were repeatedly interrupted, and when we asked the representative to please allow us to finish speaking, the call was abruptly disconnected.Later that day, around 2 PM—during the peak heat of the afternoon—a technician did arrive and was able to resolve the issue. However, throughout the ordeal, there was a noticeable lack of empathy or concern from Wonder Vacations. No apology was offered, after multiple attempts to communicate the issues in service an inadequate 10 was offered, which was a mere 10% of the night with no sleep from no Air Conditioning. Wonder Vacations showed their true lack of customer service.
