Condo Review

Great condo. Only significant issue is it is on the third floorof a building that has no elevator. This is not a show stopper for us and we quite enjoy being on the third floor. This was our second stay in it.Welcome letter was comprehensive. Maintenance issues were rectified quickly and professionally. Highly recommend it. We hav e rebooked for next year.

Wonderful stay

This place was great and had more than enough space for our family of 4 (2 teens). We ate out most of the time at the restaurant/bar on site or went off-site but the kitchen would have everything you need to make meals. The place was so clean and is located on a beautiful gated resort so it’s super safe, which was important to us. The resort had plenty to do from just sitting on their screen porch relaxing to walking the nature trails, swimming, going to the beach or playing basketball and pickleball. We would highly recommend.

Painful

We are senior citizens and climbing the stairs to the 3rd floor with no elevator created a medical emergency. After carrying our stuff up I needed to go to the emergency room twice with pinched nerves. We had to end our vacation before the first week snd return home to Michigan. I am still unable to walk ! Beware, there are 40 steps up and down every time you go someplace! The condo was lovely but extremely inconvenient to reach!

Great condo

This condo was roomy and well-equipped for up to 8 people. It’s nicely decorated. Good location near a pool and hot tub. Loved the balconies! The only complaint we had is the king bed needs a new mattress as it has a deep dip in the middle causing you to roll to the middle of the bed. The washer needs some adjustment as it jumps into the corner with a loud clunk! Overall we enjoyed our stay here!

Mostly a great unit but needs updating/fixes

Pros: Resort, Pool/hot tub, balcony size, lots of silverware and dishes, friendly peopleCons: BUGS!! Poor cleaning. Cheap appliances. Stairs. Beds. A/C is so-so in Master. Master bath is open with no door. Oven needs to be replaced. TV'sFound several long black hairs upon arrival (gross)If you can't handle lots of stairs and bugs in your kitchen this is not the unit for you. We knew about the stairs and were fine with it but it really is a lot if you like to be active and in and out of the unit often. We had to constantly spray and wipe down the kitchen and could leave no food out at all. The bugs were INSANE!Appliances are cheap and the beds are so-so. The oven is missing insulation on the door and runs hot on one side and cold on the other.We loved the resort and would definitely return but not so sure we'd rent the same unit again. We'd need to know the bug situation was handled and that the beds and appliances were replaced before we would rent again. Master bed gave us both back pain. It seems to be warped and not sitting in the frame properly.Be careful of the hot tub. One day they must have overdone the chemicals because I had a brand new navy suit that was light purple within minutes and my husband had a blue T-shirt that was bleached just from where it touched the TOWEL he used to dry off. The pool and hot tub were great and issues were fixed quickly when they arose. TVs are cheap and no local channels; have to use your own streaming service

Vacation

The property is accommodating for larger families and there is plenty of space. The grounds are well maintained and the heated pools were wonderful. My kids loved the late pool hours. The apartment has a northern exposure and the living area remains dark even when sunny. I wish there were larger pots that allows for cooking larger quantities of food ( like pasta). A couple of the lamps do not work due to defective switches. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything the neighbors are saying or doing. Thankfully, the unit is on the 3rd floor, on the corner, so only one joint wall. Overall, we have enjoyed our stay.

Bahama Bay

Very nice property with lots of space. TV in second bedroom didn't work, or the lock on the sliding door off the living. I asked MGMT about it and they said they would get back to me but never did. One of two hot tubs at the main pool didn't work for most of our stay. We would go back.

Large apartment on quiet resort

This property is huge and made a fantastic base for our 3 week visit to Florida. Clean and well equipped. Bahama Bay is a lovely, quiet resort. Our kids loved the pools ( which they had to themselves a lot of the time!). Around 20-30 minutes to Disney and 45-55 to Universal.

Very Spacious

We were really impressed with the size of the home and things to do on the property. We appreciated the small appliance selection and added touches to the home. The shaded patios were an added bonus. We were located on the third floor and had to use stairs to access our rental. I feel that should be disclosed in the event someone has mobility limitations. While we were thankful for the cookware, there were no large pots. We had to prepare our spaghetti in several stages. The home was clean, but please be mindful of hair shedding. There was hair everywhere (decorative pillows, sofa, shower). Despite it all, we would definitely stay again.

Adventure

We had a great stay!! It was low key yet close to our destinations/attractions. There were pools to choose from for quiet or crazy!! Lots of amenities for entertaining the kids. Splash pad was a big plus. Anything you want! We had more than enough room to relax and spread out. Beds were comfy everything was clean!! No complaints. There were a few little quirks but it was noted and will be taken care of.

The property was so beautiful & cleaned. It smelled so good. The details on the paper towels & paper toilet were so cute, also the towel. Cleaning person does an excellent job. We stayed from June 6 to 13. My kids & I loved it so much, definitely renting again.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Nice resort

The property is nice. The unit is spacious, clean, decorated, but not cluttered! There are always little detailed things that don't get cleaned well in rentals. The cabinets were sticky, the high chair was really messy and we decidednot to even use it, but overall the apartment was clean and nice! We enjoyed our stay.

Condo and Resort above Our expectations!

Beautiful condo and resort. From the moment we arrived it was a great experience. Very friendly and helpful staff, resort and condo was one of the cleanest I have seen. Both well decorated. Pool areas was clean. I loved the walking areas especially the nature walk. The beach was so cute. It is a great place for families and just couples to come to relax. Perfect location for all the theme parks and easy drive to the ocean. I highly recommend.
