I stayed at this property a second time so you can see my original review. They excel at communication. Apartment can use some work but does not distract from the amazing time you’ll have. We liked the apartment and would book again.

So I’ll address the elephant in the room-other reviews and photos are accurate. There were some cleanliness issues that could have been better upon checkin and there are renovation/items in the home that need to be fixed or changed.HOWEVER, this host has the best communication out of any home I have stayed in. They respond kindly and quickly. We had a medical emergency during our stay and they handled it with grace and kindness—they deserve five stars for that alone.You have to understand what you are paying for. This three bedroom was about the price of a two bedroom. I’m only in the home to sleep. I can deal with things not being updated or exactly as shown in the photos. The location is awesome. Great views and close to a smaller pool onsite.I really liked the apartment and would stay again.

My stay was enjoyable; however, the property could benefit from some renovations and thorough cleaning. Overall, it is a pleasant accommodation. The location is excellent, with convenient access to restaurants and shopping, and is just 20 minutes from the airport. Additionally, there is ample parking available.

We booked the place, had to send pictures holding our ID, then a picture of our credit card. They said the pictures were too blurry, sent more pictures...ended up sending 3 or 4 emails. Then they said we needed to sign the rental agreement...we hadn't gotten it. They told us to check our spam folder, wasn't there, they insisted they had sent it, I asked them to resend it, they did, it showed up right away.

The property was not clean, furniture was stained, roof and horrible leak stains, was were dirty. Some deep cleaning and upgraded painting is needed. With this type of property needs some serious dating with furniture. I would not recommend this property .

Very nice!

Very nice and accommodating. We had issues accessing the keypad, the code was incorrect and they sent several new codes before one finally worked. Quite aggravating especially when arriving and trying to unload our belongings. Some kitchen utensils didn’t work and I wasn’t a fan of the plastic only utensils available. Pajamas were left in the trundle bed which told me the sheets hadn’t got washed in that particular bed. Everything else was amazing though!

We stayed 2 weeks in November 2024, we enjoyed our stay and would stay in the area again but would probably look into other units. As others mentioned the entry gate was the biggest pain, most times it didn't work, we had to piggyback onto other guests to get in. Witnessed many doing the same or having to turn around to allow the cars lined up a chance to get in. It was such a problem a couple of times the entry gate was left open to allow guests in because the scanner was not working. Resort itself was nice and we used it quite often. Luckily for us it wasn't busy, we used the lazy river and hot tub with no issues. This unit was only a 5 min walk to the resort which is a big plus. As a family of 4 it was perfect size but the seating in the living room cannot accommodate more than that. Only seating for 4 on the patio as well. We purchased 2 fry pans to use and managed with the few pots supplied but in all honesty all the pots and pans need to be tossed and replaced. pros: nice location, spacious unit, comfortable beds, bed linens and towels were of decent quality, kitchen had lots of storage, adequate dishes and utensils, overall was decently clean (floors could use a deep clean), cons: mold in master shower, tub drain in second bath didn't drain adequately, only had 1 hand towel per bathroom, pots and pans were unusable, could use more cutlery, needs more hangers (master had 6, 3 in the second bedroom and none in the bunk room), no dresser in the bunk room at all

Great location for Disney

Property was as described…we arrived early to drop things off so we could go to Walmart for groceries but needed room in vehicle but code wouldn’t work only because they are on a timed lock so you are absolutely not getting in before 4pm…very basic cooking utensils and pans but it worked…property was not cleaned from previous renters had to wash the sheets who knows what was on those, floors were dirty balls of hair in the corners, mold in the shower, brought to attention of property management and they offered to have someone come and clean but that would of just been a pain since it was late and we had two small kids, in my opinion should of done it right the first time…wifi code didn’t work the whole time we were there contacted property again and they gave us the same log in info we already had….all in all it’s a good property to stay bay if your visiting Disney and need a lot of room.

Plenty of Room to Spread Out

Great condo centrally located. Plenty of space for our family of four to spread out. Bathrooms are huge. Kitchen is very modern. Provided pool towels which was a nice surprise. Nice view from balcony. Waterpark area was really nice but you did have to drive back out on the main road to get to it. I would definitely stay there again.

Such a great spot!

My family really loved this property. Everyone had their own space. Really loved the option of a quieter pool or the action-packed pool with the water slides and lazy river. The condo was very clean and well taken care of. We really loved the easy access to Disney! Would absolutely stay here again! :) Thank you!

Property was nice but the amenities were not accurate, said there was tennis courts and there was none, said there was a golf cart shuttle but never could reach them, the condo had a half a roll of toilet paper left in each bathroom, with not even one backup, we had 6 ladies on our stay. We had 4 coffee mugs, and with the condo saying can sleep up to 8 people, there should be at least.

A great place for vacation.

The place very clean and it 's surroundings well organizing the whole place,my recommendations to provide more specific information for guests hours and activities of the place alone with rules of the place in writing through an email together with the contract to provide a better option.

Read reviews before staying-Comfort over location

This location was amazing.The advertisement of the property isn’t exactly as advertised.The property needs better cleaning protocols. There is no DEEP cleaning just scaled cleaning. Floors were dirty(walked on the floors with white socks approximately 3 hours and they were black).Spider webs in rooms ceilings. Broken door stoppers(almost every room). Stains on couch. Dryer room full of dust. Every pot except for 1 need to be replaced they are unsanitary. The non stick covering has been lifted and food was stuck in them. Food stuck on cups. Coffee cups with stain lines in them. Towels with stains. Dirty sink hair in the sink. The pillows don’t get washed and they don’t have a wipeable pillow case on it. Discovered a pillow that I lied my head on to be wet and smelled of drool. I was horrified as COVID is still going around and contacted the host right away due to the number of factors. I got one of those basic apologies and the host didn’t really seem to be helpful. I was very specific with the issues we faced and sent long messages including pictures. I was then offered to have cleaning come out the next day, but what was the next day to a family of 4 who needed to sleep having traveled with 2 kids. I asked the host if they had another clean unit the host said no. Not knowing what was clean and what was dirty ( traveling with a child with a compromised immune system) we stayed up all night to wash sheets to sleep. We slept for 4 nights with no pillows. The host was aware of the drool issue and replacement pillows were not brought when cleaning came back to spot clean out floor with a DRY mop and a bottle of cleaner. Replacement pots were not brought either. The cleaner offered to wash the pots with the food I could scrape out of the pot and we declined as the pots were still unsanitary and we could not could a decent meal in our entire stay. I asked for a refund as of check out for half of the stay since all three rooms and 4 people slept without pillows, lack of access to cook in clean sanitary pots, washed bedding, and laying in someone’s drool along with the many other issues and the host declined because they felt the issues I experienced we were not in agreement on and I stayed the entire stay. As a realtor I am disappointed and expected more. I think I deserved a full refund and asking for half I felt was more than fair. This host is making money and needs to replace items in the stay to ensure families are safe and comfortable.

Good Condo and Great Location

The experience was good. The Shine Villa team was responsive and great to work with. The location was great for all the Disney Parks and attractions. Just 8 minutes away from the main parks. Local area for food was decent. Target and Walmart nearby also for your groceries or essentials. The unit was spacious and nice. Could of used a little more cleaning but the Shine team will work with their housekeeping team. One drawback is the front door opens out not in. So it was just s safety thing and concern. Maybe a peephole should be put in and another lock from the inside just beside the deadbolt would be good. But the unit space for sleeping, eating area, great size kitchen, and the bedrooms were great. Overall the experience was good. One note the nearby pools and small water park are okay not that big so just be aware it gets crowded. But it was okay to take a break there every now and then. They have an ice cream shop.

We give this property 4 out of 5 stars. Very nice place to stay and in a great location. Very close to restaurants, grocery stores, and ice cream! :-) Shine response times are quick but not very helpful. (We needed a few things and they told us the house was inspected and found reasonably stocked prior to our arrival. We ended up just going out and purchasing what we needed in the kitchen. The property was a bit dirty when we arrived(dirty floors, dust caked on the doors, spider webs on the ceiling and also, the light switches in the 2 bedrooms didn't work. One of the rooms didn't even have a ceiling light. We could have used a few more items in the kitchen as well. (Cheese grater, glasses(only 2), cookie sheet, cutting board, blender, sharp knives, and a few more pots and pans. We also were concerned that the dryer wasn't hooked up correctly. But again, overall this is a great place to stay and we would likely stay here again.

Enjoyed the property for the short few days we were there. As a former vacation property owner (sold our beach home earlier this year) would recommend more dishes for eating and more glasses. We only had 4 short glasses for drinks and when we arrived one was broken leaving us only 3 for a family of 4. Also had two coffee mugs that had remnants of what we think was oatmeal from where they had not been washed well. Recommend the service that inspects property after renters leave check to make sure dishes and glassware have been properly cleaned. We understand the challenges of renting a vacation property and the varying comments you can receive. Please read this as not a complaint, simply suggestions from a family that has been through these experiences.
