The house was amazing! Everything was clean and the check-in was smooth. Communication with the owner was amazing. Every time we sent a message they answered within a couple of minutes. Best rental we have had in quite some time. Would love staying here again. Thanks for everything!

It starts as you open the door perfect music, smell and decor! Very welcoming and decorated. Owners extremely friendly and helpful making our stay less stressful. Highly recommend and plan to stay again.

The host was very communicative and accommodating throughout our stay. The house was perfect for our needs and was immaculately clean. I’m generally quite picky on cleanliness and notice when things are not as clean as they should be. Every part of the house was very clean which made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Great Stay, but Mattresses Need an Upgrade

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and very clean home. The location was perfect, and the pool was a huge hit with our kids—they absolutely loved it! The only reason we’re not giving five stars is that the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable and felt very worn out. They definitely need to be replaced. Other than that, everything was fantastic, and we truly enjoyed our time here!

Perfect home away from home!

Great place to stay and felt like home. Very CLEAN! Heated pool was perfect and close to plenty of stores when needed to grab groceries. Will definitely stay again.

2dn time we rented from Eric. Did not disappoint.. Some parts of the house need a tochup, but all worked fine. Good value for money and close proximity to stores, restaurants, Disney (20 min) and Universal (30 min)

5 stars all the way !

We had an excellent experience at this property. It was exactly as depicted and promised. Highly recommend! The instructions and communication prior to arrival were complete and clear. The home was immaculate, simply furnished, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, and had easy access to golf courses, nearby attractions and shopping . The host was very responsive and accommodating, ensuring our every need was met. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Five stars all the way!

Clean, Quiet, and wonderful stay with pool

This house was perfect for our family. We enjoyed lots of swimming and lounging by the pool. The water was perfectly heated (extra) and made it so enjoyable to use. The master bed and queen beds were very comfortable. Didn't really use the twin beds. The house is very very clean and Eric was very responsive and made sure everything was good. We didn't need him for anything but was nice to know he was available if needed. We stayed at another rental of his last year and that was one reason I chose him again was very clean property and great communication. We didn't cook so I can't speak of kitchen supplies but the fridge/freezer worked great for our left overs, ice cream and beverages. We also enjoyed the ping pong table in the garage. Location was great! You are near so many restaurants and Congo River Putt Putt was a almost daily go to for us with their weekly pass. Oak Park is not far and had really nice tennis courts and a wall to hit on. You are also just about an hour from Lego Land which is the only park we went to this year. You are closer to Sea World and all the other parks depending on traffic. Thank you Eric and Jenny for a wonderful rental. We will definitely stay again if we come back to this area!

Beautiful home near Give Kids the World Village

Our family had a wonderful stay! The home was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect as we needed to be near Give Kids the World Village. A five minute walk or one minute drive. Plus very accessible to all of the theme parks in Orlando. This was a special trip for our family and we’re so grateful to the hosts for providing a beautiful place to rest at the end of the day. We’ll book again if we’re ever back in Kissimmee!

Beautiful pool

Very nice home. The pool was amazing. Great neighborhood easy to get around grocery stores very close by. I don’t have any negatives about the property would definitely stay again.
