The home is kid-friendly and in a great location, which made it convenient for our stay. It appears to be a well-loved property and may not feel as “new” as the listing description suggests.There are quite a few light switches and remotes throughout the home, which took some time to sort out, and a few lamps were missing light bulbs.Access to the property also requires some patience, as each vehicle must be verified at the entrance. Overall, the location and family-friendly setup were highlights of the stay.

The resort was a fun time! The townhouse had plenty of room for our large family. Loved the decor - 3 year old great granddaughter was fascinated with the Frozen themed bedroom. The 8 year old twins and adults were thrilled with the Star War themed tv room. Would stay again.

The property itself was a good size-we had plenty of room. The house couches really use a fresh paint job, and a good cleaning. The baseboards were filthy. The walls were extremely dirty or really just needed a fresh coat of paint. The bathrooms needed a deep cleaning as well. I scrubbed the toilet & wiped around the base of it and my cleaning towel went from grey to dirty brown. So much dust and filth built up. Also!!!!! Anytime we left and RETURNED to the resort was a horrible process. Waiting in long lines of traffic just to get back in. There were too many attendants making horrible decisions!! So!! May I make a suggestion. For the guest who were already checked in & registered-make them enter from one direction and for those JUST CHECKING IN- have them come from the opposite direction. 2 separate lines of traffic!!! That way the people just going out to the store or a small errand aren’t stuck in line for 20-30 minutes behind newly registering people. This was the biggest HEADACHE!! The parking attendants just weren’t thinking straight and not very helpful.

High School Cheer Nationals

Overall stay was nice, it was close enough to espn and had minimal traffic. We had a few issues that were no fault of the renter. One night house behind condo was having a loud party with music blaring long into the night, another night the entrance was backed up because of people checking in. Was fine until cares started entering from all directions and cutting off cars and speeding through the gates. Felt bad for the security trying to get people through safely. Condo was nice, we had trouble with some of the lights in the rooms working and there were several areas of the carpet and furniture that had paint splattered all over it. It served the purpose we needed it for, we did not use the pool but looked nice.

A Great Place to Stay

I had a fantastic time at this townhouse! It’s the perfect spot if you're visiting the parks, with most being just around 20 minutes away. The space was ideal for my family of 11, and there was still room for at least two more people. The townhouse was very clean, and the 4 ½ bathrooms were a huge plus – it made getting ready so much quicker. Entering the resort was hassle-free, and the amenities, like the water park, were excellent. The beds were also incredibly comfortable. Regarding communication, I did experience some difficulty getting in touch with the host before our stay. However, when I reached out during my stay, they responded within 30 minutes and quickly resolved the issue I was having. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you, host!

Book it!!

We booked this house for our Disney trip. I would definitely stay here again! Check in was easy. I do wish communication with the host was faster but still was an amazing stay!

Made the best of it

We enjoyed the stay for the most part. The house was ok for our family. There are some things I wished was different like the communication with the host. They never responded to my message until I contacted Vrbo then I finally received a response. They never answered the phone. We had questions that needed a quick response. We wanted to use the grill but there was a lock on it that we was not aware of before and I tried to contact them to ask about using the grill still haven’t received an answer and our trip is over. There wasn’t 1 pool towel per guest like it stated it was only 2 good thing we had our own anyway. There wasn’t a blanket for the sofa bed.the pool is small but it was ok.The stay wasn’t terrible my family had great time I just like good communication and there was none and for that I wouldn’t book with this particular host again. The resort itself was nice the water slides was closed the first day so that was a bummer. Check in was easy so that is a plus.
