Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located Beautiful house in a spotless place. Only 10 minutes away from Disney Complex and about 15 minutes from Universal Studios. House fully furnished with all facilities included. Complete Kitchen. High-speed Wifi.

NOTE: This is a vacation home. We offer some complimentary supplies until you have a chance to purchase them. (2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 garbage bags, 1 soap and 1 fabric softener, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish detergent, a few loads of pods for the dishwasher and 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 soap (per bathroom).
We don`t leave any kind of seasoning or food to avoid contamination.

Wash towels: In accordance with Airbnb`s hygiene recommendations and COVID 19 guidelines, the WASH TOWEL is considered a disposable and personal item, so we recommend that you bring your own.
The other towels (bath towel, hand towel and pool towel) will be provided and will be available at the house, in proportion to the number of guests staying.

**Important:** We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver (35.00). We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
Trash must be disposed of in one of the four containers in the Community. No trash should be left inside the house after checkout. Extra cleaning fee will be charged for excess trash.
Guests expect to find amenities in the house such as toilet paper, toiletries, coffee, and water. Although, there is no replacement service. Guest is responsible for acquiring toiletries for their own use
