Easy to access the property pool for a day under the Cabana while having the option of a private night swim and a morning in the hot tub in the cottages own private pool and spa. This was my families 2nd rental of one of these properties and I am sure we will be back again

We loved having our own pool and hot tub to go into anytime we wanted. The game room was such a bonus to be able to play within the house. We hope to be able to rent this house again next! year

Beautiful cottage great location good back yard view. Very comfortable for the family. Wish we had more time to spend at the resort great pool facilities! Super nice and convenient village area for dining, partying and shopping. We would definitely recommend to freinds and family. Only one negative our backyard Jacuzzi was not usable .

The place is beautiful however,I called to change my week stay due to hurricane Ian and they would not allow any changes. 3300.00 just lost. I am very disappointed!

This property was clean, had all the basics, and fun additions with the hockey table and arcade game. The beds were comfortable and in a great location with sun all day long.

The resort’s tropical vibes and laid-back atmosphere made it the perfect spot to relax. The home were spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a great home base for our Orlando adventures. The pool was fantastic, and the on-site dining options offered a variety of delicious meals. The proximity to local attractions like Disney made it a convenient choice. We do wish we had more bath towels, pool towels, and bedding for our stay. 1 set of towels per person is not enough. Overall, we loved the vibrant atmosphere and would definitely recommend it for a fun and relaxing getaway.

Some of the furniture could do with a bit of an upgrade - only 1 sofa which was uncomfortable and threadbare in places. Sunbeds were unusable, also no pool lights.

Reviewer Comments: We love Margaritaville Orlando.We only had a few issues during this visit.One, the pool was not clean and we had to call each time we wanted debris removed and one time were told that maintenance wasn’t scheduled for that day so we had to swim in dirty water. The last morning we just went to the resort pool.Second, the downstairs temperature never got below 76 so sleeping in the downstairs bedroom was not comfortable.Third, the disposal was plugged in but not operational.Other than those issues. We had a great time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was just as pictured in the listing. It's close to the Resort, was clean and a perfect size for our family of 5. The kids enjoyed the pool and game room at the house. The location is very nice, for the most part there is privacy in the pool and patio area. We noticed other houses had a sidewalk behind them that went to the main pool area of the Resort or the ones without a pool had another house directly behind them. Loved the area, many restaurant choices, shopping, and fun for the kids.

Only negatives were that the pool was very dirty when we arrived, but was quickly fixed. The floors in the cottage could use to be mopped, our feet were black. Beyond that, the beds we comfortable, and we had a great time. Every interaction or question/concern was quickly taken care of by the staff.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful and very clean. The house has the bare minimum in amenities. It has a pool which we enjoyed but the towels were a little bigger than a hand towel. We had 6 people in and out all day with small thin towels. Same for the bathrooms. 1 bath towel pp for 5 days. In 2 of the bathrooms, the tp holders were broken and on the floor. As for the kitchen, be prepared, there’s not even salt and pepper. These details, which are easily remedied, would have made our trip better.

Reviewer Comments: It’s the 3rd time in Margaritaville, 4th if you count the 1 Day we had before lockdown in March of 2020. 2nd time at this address, loved every minute of it. The house is absolutely amazing very clean and like all the rest of the homes in Margaritaville nicely decorated. The pool and spa with the water view is the cherry on top. The community pool is also very fun for the family, we recommend that if you are in Margaritaville, you go here.

Nice Stay at Margaritaville

Upon arrival the unit was clean and we liked our location on the property. We were unsure how to get the spa to warm, but did call the front desk to get a solution to our problem and had a warm spa within a half hour. We did have a mite problem on the kitchen counters. Anytime food was set on the counter, small little mites would come out. We had to store all of our food in the refrigerator during our stay. Perhaps the unit needs to be sprayed? We also would recommend having a couple of towels for the kitchen. We had to use quite a few paper towels due to there being none. I also would recommend having additional bath size towels, especially with the pool and spa onsite - 6 towels was not enough. I recommend a net or something to clean the pool. There was quite a bit of debris floating in the pool, and we did not have anything to clean it with. We did enjoy our location, and how close we were to the resort, pool and main building. We like the area as it’s close to theme parks, good restaurants, and grocery stores. we would definitely stay again, this is our second time being at Margaritaville and enjoyed both of our stays.

Second stay at Margaritaville, first at 8004 Shaker Street

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Last December, we stayed at another cottage on Lost Shaker Lane. We liked it enough to stay again at a Margaritaville cottage, but we tried another. This one had a pool and spa, plus there were games on the top floor. We didn't use the games much (adults only), but it was a nice add. The air hockey table should have smaller pucks... Ha ! Ha ! This property was pretty nice. Well maintained and well furnished.Positives: Mostly clean. Basic necessities. Kitchen tools were fine and there were sufficient pots and pans. Toaster was fine. Beds are confortable enough. Large showers ans bathrooms. Pool and spa area was exactly what was expected. We didn't have a Margarita machine when we checked-in, but we were provided with one within minutes after a phone call. Great location. Easy access. Easy check-in. Very calm. Everything close by, even by foot.Negatives: Nothing major, but here is the list of small things. Pool was cleaned only once...and we would have needed a skim net since the wind brings constantly leaves in the water (there was none). We found a cockroach in the bathroom (but it's Florida, right ?). Some ants in the kitchen. No can opener. Kitchen chairs stained (but they were of pale color...). Coffee machine too small. Bring your towels if you are picky...We would rent a cottage again. Maybe this one. We would recommend to anybody.

8004 Shaker Street - June 2023

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First off, we really enjoyed the overall property. The hotel pools are beautiful, the promenade and access to restaurants is great, and the whole vibe is very relaxing. We did, however, have multiple issues with our rental cottage.*Several furniture items were broken. One of the seating stools in the living room had a broken leg, and one of the lounge chairs by the pool was broken to the point that it collapsed when anyone sat in it.*The dishwasher/garbage disposal are not installed correctly. You have to physically get under the sink cabinet and manually switch the electrical inputs to get one or the other to work. This is just shoddy construction work and easily fixable.*The cottage pool was very dirty when we checked in. A handful of leaves or debris is to be expected with an uncovered outdoor pool, but the pool clearly had not been skimmed/cleaned in a long time and had large buildups of sunken debris in the corners. It was bad enough that my young children wouldn't get in it because it was "yucky". We did request a cleaning, which was provided, but the attendant didn't bother to clean out the pool filter, which was completely blocked up with debris and two small pool toys.*The plumbing in one of the upstairs bathrooms was loose (as if someone had recently tried to take apart the drain and not put it back together properly). This resulted in a significant leak on our first day.*The quality of the towels and sheets are poor. Both were threadbare, scratchy, and dingy. Additionaly, I understand that guests are responsible for washing their own towels, but providing six small towels for six guests is really not enough for even one day's worth of use. Our request for additional towels was denied.I'm not sure if all cottages suffer from the same lack of maintenance or if we just happened to get a bad one, but based on the multitude of issues we had I don't think I could recommend this property to any

It even had an air hockey machine and a video arcade machine. We had a wonderful time.

Having the amenities of the Resort Hotel yet staying in one of the resort cottages with pool & spa, a refreshing getaway and convenient to the coast, KSC, as well as the various sites in and around Orlando. Being able to drive or walk to the Sunset promenade, having separate bedrooms and bathrooms for our adult sons, full kitchen and laundry, but the home versus a hotel room is what made us select the cottage. I was able to put in a few hours of work remotely while my family enjoyed the pool, the gym, or a stroll on the beautiful property
