The house was nice. The floors were sticky when we arrived. Being everything with you shampoo conditioner, laundry detergent and extra toilet paper. Also the neighbors were super loud both nights we had to call the sheriff at 3 am.

Loved, loved, loved our stay!

Our stay at this house was just what we needed! The house was very clean, spacious, and had great amenities for our family. We were celebrating our family’s adoption and were traveling with six kids, ages 5-23. This house served all of us beautifully. The pool, hot tub, and screened in porch was perfect for the evening to just relax. The kids had a ball in the theater room. The location could not be better! It took us 15 minutes without traffic to get to and from the parks. We would for sure book this house again.

Great house for family

This house was great for our family. There were 5 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms. Plenty of room for us. Very clean, and most cooking utensels were available.

Great Stay!

We had out stay booked for right after hurricane Milton and the hosts were super accommodating and had great communication during the whole process. House was awesome, kids loved the theater room and the community pool was also great! Great stay, highly recommend!

Birthday getaway

I have been using VRBO for over 10 years and never have had any issues. Received over 15 emails from the property manager before arriving. Needing all the names of the people staying and charged $60 extra for adding 1 more person. We had 9 slept 12.. never had this happen. When we arrived we were not on the list to enter waited over an hour with groceries in the car before the property manager returned my text. (I called both numbers, called VRBO, text and emailed) We had to wait on the side of the road until we were able to get in then not having the door code to actually get in the home. House was nice, move room was very hot, a/c didn’t work well in just that room. Ok home, would not want to deal with this management company again.

Quiet and comfortable property

The property met all of our expectations. The movie room and the pool were a big hit with the teenagers. The property is also very close to many of the parks. We are already planning our next stay there.

Star Wars Theater

The house was comfortable for 11 people staying for three nights. Excellent functional kitchen for quick meals. Plenty of seating throughout. The theater was a great experience for relaxing and winding down after a long day in the parks.

Perfect Disney Getaway

We stayed here for our mini family Disney Vacation and it was everything as advertised. GREAT location, pool was immaculate and clean and communication with the Owner was second to none. This was a great great find and we will DEFINATLEY be back. Thanks so much!

Favorite vacation house ever!

This house is amazing! Definitely, our favorite vacation house we've every rented. The house was immaculate and taken care of so well. It had everything we needed including beach towels, pool floats/noodles, googles. The kitchen had plenty of accessories. The pool setup is awesome! They have 3 lounge chairs, a full size outdoor table with 6 chairs and an outdoor tv. There is a safety fence that can be used if you have little ones to prevent them from getting into the pool if they walk out the sliding glass door which we loved because we have 4 children (ages 3-12). There is also a door alarm on the sliding glass door that leads out to the pool that you can turn on if you want to. The theater room is incredible! Huge theater screen and leather reclining chairs. There's an XBox and Playstation with games included. Netflix on all TVs. My kids loved all the decorations including the huge mural of mickey mouse in one of the bedrooms and the Star Wars bed in the other room. The location is perfect because it's close to all the Disney parks and there's even a Walmart 1.5 miles from the house which is perfect for groceries or anything we needed to pick up last minute. There's tons of restaurants close by, gift shops, Putt Putt, etc. My kids enjoyed that the gated community had 3 playgrounds that were within walking distance. Our family enjoyed the rental house just as much as going to the Disney Parks! We definitely plan on staying here again if we go on another Orlando vacation.

Amazing property!!

Our families stay here was fantastic! The house is beautiful & the kids were in the pool & hot tub for most of the stay!! The theater room was amazing as well & everyone loved it! My only suggestion would be to have some sort of corner protectors on the coffee tables/end tables as they all had glass coverings & my rowdy toddler is very prone to falling. Other than that I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!!

Terrific property

House was even better than it appears in listing! Location was terrific; house was very clean. Pool was fantastic. Communication was excellent. The best room in the house is the theatre room. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again!

Short stay

We decided on a last minute Disney trip. House was great and wished we were staying longer. House was very clean and well laid out. Only complaint is pre programmed AC thermostat would not go below 72 and did not stay at 72….made for a very hot night with thermostat automatically adjusting to 75 through the night. Pool was cold for late August and hot tub does not heat at all….thus not a hot tub.
