This charming one-story villa offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, including two master suites, and comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests — ideal for families seeking comfort, convenience, and fun.

The spacious living room features seating for up to eight guests and a Smart TV, creating the perfect space to relax after a day of adventures. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and opens to a dining area with seating for six, plus a breakfast bar for casual meals. Step outside to your private screened pool area with lounge chairs, perfect for enjoying Florida’s sunshine. Lake Berkley Resort offers a heated community pool, fitness center, volleyball, basketball, and tennis courts, a children’s playground, and a scenic lake with walking trails and a fishing pier.

Good to Know:
Maximum occupancy: 8 guests.
No parties or external visitors allowed.
A starter pack of essential supplies is provided; guests replenish supplies during their stay.

Extra Services:
Optional pool heating available for $35 per day plus tax.
BBQ grill rental available for $85 per stay plus tax.

Pets are not allowed. Any violation of this policy will result in a $300 fine.
