We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is in an excellent location and is very easy to get to the parks. There is a Walmart within 5 minutes and multiple options for food nearby. The property is also in a quiet, gated community where there is an actual security guard who checks everyone coming in. The property managers were very easy to work with and very responsive. The check out process was super simple, which is not always the case with rental homes. The refrigerator had an ice maker which was greatly appreciated and useful. There were a few things that could be corrected. The master bed needs to be replaced. It would likely be fine for people who don't have any back issues or don't mind a super soft mattress. But there are very clear dips in the mattress from wear. We chose to stay in a different bedroom since we only needed two of the three bedrooms. The beds in the other two bedrooms seemed great. A few more cooking supplies would be useful. A baking sheet would be nice and I could not locate measuring cups and measuring spoons. The coffee pot is a basket-style drip maker that uses 8-12 cup filters. The knob on the washer is a bit wonky and you have to work with it quite a bit to get it to work. I should mention that I forgot to tell the property manager about these issues in all fairness. All that said, this was a great property. It is exactly how it is shown in the pictures. We would definitely stay again!
